Escape, hopefully

I stay in my place as the fight begins. I have no idea which side I should be on. I look back through the trees, but there are mutts all around us. I look up to the tree I'm standing beside and wonder if I could climb it. I realize instantly that I can't; I've never climbed a tree before and there aren't any branches low enough to reach. I'm stuck on the ground.

No one's gone after me yet, surprisingly, so I decide I can probably take some time to treat a few of my wounds before I'm noticed. I open my kit and apply some ointment to an arm wound, trying to move as little as possible.

“Maybe that would be right,”Megan nodded as she blocked Josh's blow. Then she aimed and threw her knife at the district 8 girl. Maybe killing her might unite them. Even though it was cruel. In the games, nothing was cruel. Just fair and...moral, for some wierd reason. Sorry megan thought quietly.

~ I watched the chaos, unfold, and then glanced to the side. The Foxigators continued to circle us in an even rhythmical pace. I glanced as two attacks were sent towards Genevieve, and acting on behalf of our Arrangement, I leaped forwards to block the first, and then to send my own attack at Ashley. "Genevieve, I've Got your Back." I said as my shield came towards its intended target.

In a blur, I see someone attack me and I instinctively dodge to the side before I follow up with an attack of my own. Then I see that my attacker is Gemini. "Traitor," I spit at him, then I nod towards the others in the pit and add, "they're the ones fighting you. Why don't you go after them, you idiot." Rage boils inside of me, but I fight the urge to stab him in the chest right now. If I can get him to fight the others, maybe someone will die and the mutts will leave.

Genevieve watched as Heppa notched an arrow and fired it towards her. She tried to dodge to the side, nimbly picking up Snow's throwing knife at the same time. Well, that was one less weapon for Snow, and one less arrow for Heppa. She looked up just in time to see Megan chuck a knife at her. But it was too fast, there was no way she could dodge it. But then Gemini leaped in front of her and blocked it. "Thanks for the knife Snow." she called teasingly. Then she smiled gratefully at Gemini before turning and throwing Snow's throwing knife at Heppa. She would take her down first. And then Megan would be next. But hopefully someone else would help her take down these people. Genevieve probably wouldn't be able to do it alone.

Megan only groaned slightly and attempted to block tge hit, then strike back. Heppa was seriously not wanting a comrpomise. She looked.around to see the fight. Fully.
