Skye nodded towards Megan, listening to what she had to say as he grabbed the arrow from her, it was probably the one he last missed. She was right, but he doubted that the mutts would let anyone escape at that moment. The only option was to kill. Skye needed to slap himself. What was he doing, missing every single hit. He calmed himself down, taking a slow but more precise aim at Heppa. But before he couldn't even release, out of the corner of his eye he saw a mutt crush Brandon and it was attacking everyone for a split second. He jumped out of instinct begging to avoid them, but one still swiped and brought him down on the floor. The soft, mossy ground made the impact minimal and he was able to get up quick and took aim at Heppa again, right after Genevieve hit her. Damn mutts, they were probably getting impatient, seeing not much action was happening.

I'm about to jab at Maria again when a huge mutt jumps in and swipes at everybody. I fall butt first on top of my bag. When everyone is still dazed from the attack, I open my bag and clean some of my wounds with my water. I jump back up and jab at Maria once again. The only thing keeping me running is adrenaline.

(Chii, You can't attack Heppa without her posting first and also Bali, that doesn't matter if you missed one you HAVE to wait for a post from Heppa being able to block first. So your second attacks will not count. I will post later.)

Heppa Duskdale

Heppa gasped for air. The mutts attacked her. She felt as if her heart would beat right out of her chest. Genevieve made fun of her, but Heppa just smirked. She wasn't about to waste her time coming up with a comeback, even though she had a good one in mind. She watched Snow try to attack Maria while she was down. Heppa scowled and ran over to Snow, trying to tackle her before she could attack Maria. Then Heppa got up and turned to Maria. "I got you back if you got mine." Heppa said to Maria. The mutts got busy attacking other tributes and Heppa turned to Genevieve who had tried to attack her and missed. Heppa shot an arrow at her and moved on top of some moss piles so that she could get a better shot the next time she attacked. Skye would be a problem too, but as long as he kept shooting, his arrow supply would dwindle down. Heppa tried to swallow the lump in her throat, but didn't succeed. Her body ached from the mutts' attack.

Genevieve quickly tried to skirt away from Heppa's arrow once again. Why was she so set on trying to kill her? There were much bigger threats, but no. Heppa just had to attack Genevieve. It was very annoying. Genevieve leaped towards Heppa and slashed at her before darting back again. This battle was getting very repetitive.

Skye grabbed the arrow that landed into the moss again after Genevieve dodged it. The nagging feeling was eating into him, Skye exhaled loudly and pulled back the arrow. He waited and calmed his nerves as Genevieve attacked Heppa again but missed. At that instant, he released the arrow aiming for Heppa. Missing is not an option anymore, if the mutts keep coming at all of them.

I went to block the attack but Heppa blocked for me, "Thanks." I shouted over to her and then I went and attacked Snow lunging my sword at her and smiled.

I move to the side again, hoping to dodge her attack. Then I retaliate with my own attack. I'm acting purely on instinct now. I'm so high on adrenaline that I don't even know if I'm actually alive anymore.

I prepare to block the next attack. But it's too late. Maria creates a perfect blow at me. I was to weak to take it, and my legs fold under me. I look at Megan and Skye, a sad look in my eye. I look at Maria again, a smile on her face. I close my eyes as they become heavy. My brething becomes slower and slower. The sounds of battle, disappear from me, and all my pain washes away. All stops for a moment, then I have the ability to walk again. I walk to the welcoming arms of my Mother.

Heppa's breathing was fast and sweat was rolling down her forehead at impossible speed. She missed the perfect temperature in the Capitol. Not too hot, not too cold. Heppa watched Maria kill Snow with a skillful blow and grinned. "Nice!" She yelled, giving her some rare praise. Heppa hadn't wanted to get to know anyone. But, she had underestimated Maria. "Don't rest now, though!" Heppa yelled to Maria, inclining her head towards Megan as she did. Then Heppa picked up all her missed and blocked arrows, along with the one Skye had shot at her. Heppa smirked as Genevieve and Skye missed her. Heppa launched an arrow at Genevieve, hoping for a kill.

I fall to the ground, defeated. I realize now that my last dodge had failed. I know I'm dieing, and there's nothing I can do to stop it. My eyes close and my body relaxes. I let out one last breath, and I am dead.

Skye sighed, missing yet again. He saw Snow being killed off by Maria and as she looked towards him with a sad smile. He mouthed towards her in a pained expression, Sorry... People were starting to die, seeing Ashley fall to the ground and he had that horrible feeling within him. She was the first that Chaos targeted and she lived on till now. He grabbed her sword and first aid kit, abandoning his club, Sorry Ashley, Rest in Peace. He saw Heppa aim for Genevieve again and tried to block for her. With a sword in hand, Skye felt much more comfortable and lunged at Heppa, taking a swing at her.

Genevieve watched as two more tributes died. She quickly shoved a pill from her first aid kit into her mouth before leaping into action. She ran forward and grabbed Ashely's ropes. Then she grabbed Snow's water bottle. Her knives were already gone, the district three boy had them. It didn't matter though. Genevieve quickly zipped up her bag after the water bottle was in it and slashed out at Heppa with one of her knives. She had to hit her this time.She smiled gratefully at Sky as she returned next to him. It looked like she had a temporary alliance.
