Rhea felt the light pull on her elbow, but she couldn't look away from Heppa's now lifeless body. It felt like only a few days ago that she sat up with the girl on the first night of the games. The world was silent around Rhea, Kaspar yelled at hr yet she couldn't hear anything he was saying. She looked around the tributes now focused on Josh, calling him a coward and she realized just how quickly the people she thought were her allies could turn on her. She just needed to run. Kaspar grabbed her hand and pulled her away. But not before she took out 5 arrows and dropped them on the ground near Skye. She really had not idea what she was doing anymore. Rhea just ran and let Kaspar lead her away from the moss pit.

Genevieve gritted her teeth as she missed her attack. Why did that keep happening? She really had to work on her aim. Genevieve scowled again as Josh managed to block Skye's attack. That was really annoying since it looked like it would have been a good one. She smirked as he missed Skye. Then the district 8 girl leaped at Josh, slashing at him with her spear. Hopefully she would hit this time.

Skye jumped back as Josh blocked his attack and he could see his facial expression was of disgust at Skye. What did he know? Josh didn't lose anyone close to him in the Games. But in fact, what did Skye know? He didn't know how it would've felt before losing Megan. He felt a tinge of guilt, suddenly remembering Hunter's very first advice to them; 'At least one of you has to die if not both of you, so I'd try not to get too attached to each other, I learned that the hard way last games.' Hunter was probably shaking his head, seeing Skye's outcome of Megan's death.

Josh missed his attack at Skye and just as he was preparing to hit, at the corner of his eye, he saw Rhea and Kaspar leave the moss pit while Rhea dropped 5 arrows before leaving. Skye pulled to a smile towards Rhea's back as they fled. Thanks Rhea, it may not be a lot but it almost doubled the number of arrows he had. He grabbed the arrows and slid them under his belt with the rest of them while Genevieve missed again. Hopefully he wouldn't miss this time. Skye nodded towards her, giving her an encouraging smile while his eyes asked if they had a plan. Both Rhea and Kaspar had left, and Skye wondered if they should leave soon if they wanted some time to rest. Skye made himself stop thinking about rest, he hadn't had proper ones any since the Games started. That was all too short before he turned back to Josh, with the hatred filling his eyes once again. Skye pulled a bloodied arrow and aimed straight at Josh before release without any hesitation at all.

(I'll just post now xD)

After everything happened and I didn't know at all. It was all a blur to be perfectly honest. When the cannon sounded I just sat down on the ground, I didn't know what I was doing, I didn't know here I was and I was just so confused. Before I knew it I was stabbing the ground repeatedly. Something was happening to me and I had no clue what, I still wasn't attached to myself and that scared me a lot. I dropped both my swords before I stabbed myself by accident and I started twitching big time. It lasted for a good while before I just calmed down, was I dying? I just wanted to know all the answers this was confusing! As soon as I got up it was a whole new feeling for me. It was like waking up from a big nap, it was like a snake shedding it's old skin and finding new skin. I blinked once and then looked around me, this place was rather different, a different view of things would most likely be reason for this, I looked around a bit and then picked my swords up. I grabbed something to eat from my bag. I decided to go with the one apple I had in there. I put my new sword in my bag and then carried my other one in my hand as I ate my apple. That's when I just left the moss pit, working out plans in my head as I did. Survival was my number one thought as I walked off, no one was your friend in this competition and right now, I just needed to use people and my wits to better me, and I'd be good.

Josh watched as the people ran away. Defeating skye was his biggest concern. He looked over at Maria. Then he made an attempt of blocking his attack. He then slashed at skye.

Genevieve watched as everyone except her, Skyw and Josh left. That was good. She and Skye could take out Josh, and then move on to the others. That is, if the alliance was still active at that point. Genevieve's last alliance hadn't worked out so well. But Skye seemed different to Rhea. When Josh did not attack Genevieve shrugged her shoulders lightly. She grabbed a pill out of her first aid it and shoved it in her mouth. Then she pulled her empty quiver out and passed it to Skye. It was easier to keep arrows in your quiver rather than in your belt. Common sense really. Genevieve shook her head slightly as Skye looked at her questioningly. She diet have any strategy. She raised her eyebrow at him to see if he had any ideas.

Skye was gaining fatigue and he took a step back to get a quick breather. He quickly pulled what he had in the first aid kit he took and applied it on the injuring on his arm. Whatever it was, it soothed it a little and Skye sighed in relief before quickly throwing it back into his back, gripping his sword tight again. There right after, a quiver was thrown towards him and Skye caught it, turning his head towards Genevieve who had made use of her first aid kit. He smiled as thanks and quickly tied the quiver around his waist, tossing the arrows he had in it. Skye shrugged his shoulders slightly, signalling that he had no clue either. Well it was either a kill or run here, not much option to choose really. He noticed that even Maria left. Well, it wasn't the best place to stay either, remembering so many deaths here. Skye just hope that they could get this over and done with and get to another place.

Josh blocked the one attack then realized something. he cant be the good guy any more. he couldnt be mr nice guy. he has the chance to die, he most likely will. this good man version of josh couldn't bare the heat, that old josh was dead and the new one emerged. josh had broken bad, and now he needed to find maria, the last person he had the chance to care about. he slowly walked up to skye and genevieve, both of them with their weapons raised. all he said was"stay out, of my way."through gritted teeth, then he attempted to walk to the island maria was in.

Genevieve sneered at Josh nastily as he came towards her. She had changed a lot since she had entered the Arena. No doubt the old Genevieve was still there. But, for now, she was buried beneath a new person. Genevieve didn't even waste her breath as Josh came to her and Skye. Stay out of his way? In his dreams. Genevieve slashedforward with her spear, hoping for a bit this time. She hadn't had one in a while.

..Stay out of his way? After he killed Megan he asked them to stay out of his way?! That was just sickeningly hilarious. This was the Hunger Games. No one just stays out of your way. He wasn't gonna let them walk all over him anymore. He was toyed around by the huge ex alliance, and what did that prove? Both his allies dead. He was not going to be pushed around anymore. Skye rolled his eyes at Josh and gritted his teeth as he noticed Genevieve sneered at him and he slashed Josh up close with the strength he had left as Genevieve did the same. He hoped that they'll finally hit him at the same time, he may not die yet, but it would definitely feel good. Skye suddenly wished those mutts were around to prevent Josh from leaving. But he took back that thought again, he didn't really want to stay here any longer.

josh's expression hardened as he walked away, he found it funny that they were trying to attack him as he walked away. he stepped sideways as he heard the girls attack, and let out a low chuckle as skye so easily missed him. he was walking out, he has almost escaped the moss pit. he was almost to maria, but he didn't quicken his pace, he was just strolling, not really caring about anyone else.

Genevieve's expression hardened. Who was this prissy little boy to ignore her? He was just a coward trying to look cool, and failing miserably. He was honestly pathetic. And pathetic people did not deserve to be in the Final 8 of these Games. Much better fighters than him had been taken down, but Josh was left behind. Probably because he never go into the action. Even when the others were killing Heppa he had crawled into w bush and hid. It sickened Genevieve, it really did. She slashed it with her spear, aiming for a big hit. Josh deserved to die, and hopefully she would make that happen.

Skye missed his last swing and Josh just chuckled at him. Getting a little cocky now huh? It irritated Skye to no end. Hate may be a strong word, but he really did hate this coward. He just felt like killing him right there and then, like what he did to Megan. A stab in the heart, that would be nice. He scowled as Josh blocked every attack they made. Why can't they just make a hit, and make it a good one? Skye stabbed his sword forward, hoping to hit at least once. He wanted him dead.
