Making my way downtown (OPEN)

He says, "So, you want me to back off? Cause I will..." and he starts to slowly back away. He waits for her to react, hoping he got the mind game thing down...

"I never said anything about it.Besides,it was your idea"I said and put the rice in the water wih te chicken

Dralin sighs. "I swear, I can't flirt with you...it's like you're the master of it or something." He goes to lean back on a wall, but he's too far away and he falls down. He sighs again and smiles. "Today really isn't my day.." Instead of getting back up, he just sits there and smiles.

I giggled and reached out my arm to help him up."I indeed am the master,boy.And yes,today definitely isn't your day"I agreed

He took her arm and got up. But instead of letting go, his hand goes into hers. "Well, what will you do Master...did I ever get your name" He had either forgot it or he had never heard it in the first place. "If I did than...sorry...ruined the moment didn't I?"

"Nope!My name is Sophie Venice,you can call me Sophie or Venia.And now the Master's going to get close to you...."I said and pressed myself against him."...and go to the kitchen so she won't burn the food!"I smirked and slowly walked in the kitchen,closing the door behind me

Dralin had smiled when she pressed herself against him, but then she left and he sat down. He waited a little bit for her to come back out. He was starting to wonder if she actually liked him...probably not. Probably just her getting his hopes up...but, that didn't really matter to him right now. He would just enjoy her company now, and worry about everything else later.

I put some soup in two deep plates and walked outside,placing them on the table in front of the couch.I returned to the kitchen and came out with two glasses and a bottle of whiskey.I placed them on the table too and sat down on the couch,patting the empty space next to me

Dralin's eyes lit up when he saw the food...then he raised an eyebrow when he saw the whiskey. He sat down and said, "Looks good but...what's with the whiskey? Of course, he knew she was probably going to attempt to get him drunk. He wasn't sure he minded though. He started to eat, waiting for a response.

"What?!I like drinking!Oh right,I forgot to get you water"I said and jumped up,running to the kitchen and returning with a bottle of cold water."Here,is that ok?"I asked and sat back next to him

He grins and says, "Yeah, this is good. It's just...I've never actually had whiskey before. And I'm not sure I would want to either." He takes a sip of his water and goes back to eating again, realizing that she could get drunk...which could be fun considering he knew how crazy people could get when they got drunk. Of course, it could also lead to a huge mistake. Dralin thought about many possibilities as he ate.

"No need to try if you don't want too.It's just,Mom and Dad left me many bottles....And there are guys that don't like it,so I got used to drinking it myself."I explained with a shrug and opened the bottle,gulping down the warm liquid

Dralin's eyes grew wide when he saw her start to gulp it down like a baby with their milk bottle. "Umm...Sophie? You sure that's a good idea?" He was getting worried, but was smiling to calm himself a little. He takes another gulp of his water, watching her drink the whiskey.

I turned to look at him and smirked."Yup,definitely.Don't worry,everyone can get used to it after some months"I said as I put it down and started eating my soup

He smiled a real smile and shook his head. "You are one crazy chick, you know that? He says, taking a sip of water and then looking at her. He was definitely confused by this girl...then again, who wouldn't be?

"Thankyou,my dear!That's the best compliment I've ever heard!And,note that,I've been complimented a lot.Anyway,I had this idea...."I said and grinned

He looked at her and said, "What kind of idea did you have in mind?" He was pretty sure he knew what she meant...and wasn't sure if it was a good idea or not. Oh who was he kidding? Of course it was a good idea. At least, to him it was.

"Well,it's already too late....And you are too good-looking to walk alone around at that hour....Some perverted girl-or even a guy!-might attack you...Besides,you need to take your jacket and I don't know where do you live to bring it to you...And I owe you....Plus,what if something happens to me in the middle of the night?So,will you stay here tonight?"I asked and gulped some more whiskey

He smiles a little warmly and says, "I can take care of myself...but if you really want, I'll stay...do you have an extra room or am I gonna have to sleep on the couch?" He asks jokingly. Of course, he thought she might've just been making up excuses for...well, he didn't exactly wanna think about that.

I grinned"I'll go sleep at my parents's bedroom,so you can sleep in mine.Don't worry,I've redecorated it so it's not as girly as it was when I was a kid"I told him and laughed

He laughed when she did and kept on eating. In a couple minutes, he was finished and he sat back. "That was pretty good...from what I've eaten." He looked over at her and smiled. He wondered what it was like...to have a home all to herself. Probably pretty cool...he thought she was pretty lucky.

"Thanks.Frank taught me some stuff.I discovered the rest on my own"I said as I finished my soup too before gulping down the rest of the burning liquid.

He stares at the bottle and says, "Impressive...if you can hold it down of course." He looks back at her and stands up. "I think I'm gonna head to bed...unless you need help to get into bed after all that whiskey." He says, pointing to the bottle and smiling.

"Nah,I'll be fine.Just l let me go get some clothes...Or better,come with me so I can show you where it is"I said and got up,walking up the stairs and disappearing in a hallway

Dralin followed her up the stairs. He started to look in the rooms for Sophie. He found her and said, "You sure have a nice place...I barely have a place to call home." He has a smile, but his eyes show sadness in them, as if he's remembering something bad. But, it quickly goes away and his regular smile is there again.
