Making my way downtown (OPEN)

Dralin stood there, very confused. But after a bit he understood and he couldn't help but give out a small laugh. "You think I would help you just for that? I mean, that would be nice and all, but I did that because you were hurt...but you do still owe me for making me ruin my jacket..." He was joking, and said it in a tone that made it obvious. But everything before that was true.

"I don't care anymore.I already said I'll pay you back and I mean it.Now,stop trying to act all good and caring,there is no reason to do so.It's not working.There aren't any people like that.Just stop it."I told him and rubbed my eyes.

"Listen. You may not think nice people exist, but they do. I swear I didn't do it just for a reward. Why would I give up my favorite jacket? Just so I could get some other reward? No, I did it because I was genuinely worried...and I wish you would see that." His voice was sounding actually hopeful, and he was getting much more serious than before.

I grunted and turned to walk away,my foot stucking under a root,making me fall with a scream

Dralin had already started to go after her, making it easier to lunge forward and catch her. He sighed saying,, "You alright? I swear, I'm saving you way too much today..." He helped her stand up straight again and smiled weakly at her.

"Ugh.If that keeps happening,i won't be able to pay you back for the next 10 centuries!"I said

He laughed and said "Trust me. A girl as beautiful as you? One reward would be worth way more than that." He was smiling, and he started to walk with her again.

"There goes the good mood"I mumbled and pulled myself out of his arms

He sighs again and says, "Look...I don't know why you're being bitter towards me...and it confuses me...why can't you see that I'm just trying to be nice? Sure there are guys who only do this for 'rewards' but that isn't me..." He had a pained tone and a pained expression.

"Oh really?So,you tell me that you just helped me?That it's not your plan so after you can force me to have sex with you?Come on now,I know it.I can see it in your eyes.All guys are the same!"I snapped

Dralin smiles a little weakly. "Here I'll prove it. I'll walk you home, you can...give me money for a new jacket, or clean that one, doesn't matter. And we call it even. No sex involved."

I raised an eyebrow."What plamnet are you from?"I asked suspiciously

Dralin smiles wider and says, "Same one as you. So, do we have a deal?" He held out his hand, waiting to see her answer. He wasn't sure what to expect...she was a bit unpredictable.

I smirked and leaned against him."No sexual reward?Fine then...Could you carry me the rest of the way?I'm tired of pretending I can walk"I asked innocently

Dralin was a bit confused when she leaned against him. Then she asked if he would carry her and told him she was faking. He shook his head and said, "It isn't nice to lie to people...and I guess I could carry you." He picked her up and started walking towards wherever she told him to go.

"Thank you.I only did it to avoid any unecessairy touching.But now that I know your true intention..."I said and smiled up at him

Dralin kept his smile. "Yep that's me...giving up sex to prove I'm a nice guy...but make no mistake, I don't regret my decision." He looked down at her, still smiling. He pretended to trip and pretended to almost drop her, but he didn't do either and he looked at her, grinning. It probably ticked her off but...it was still funny to him.

I was just going to answer when he tripped and we fell.I clutsed his shirt and buried my face in his chest,screaming."Help!"

He quickly straightened himself out, realizing he went a bit far. He noticed she was burying her face in his chest, so he took that time to get a normal look on, as if nothing happened, and he kept walking.

I had started shaking and closed my eyes tight,but the pain of the impact never came.I took a deep breathe and opened my eyes,realizing Dralin was still moving.I pulled my head back a little and stared up at him."W-we didn't f-fall?"I asked,not noticing I was stammering

He looks at her, a look of fake confusion. "Umm...no..." After a while, it started becoming more obvious he was messing with her, because he would laugh slightly every once in a while.

I raised an eyebrow in confusion but,as I realized what he had done,my eyes widened in surprise.I tried to seem angry but couldn't stop the smile my lips formed."Idiot"I mumbled

He laughs and says, "I may be a nice guy, but I still like to mess with people." He noticed her smile and he smiled even more. "I thought you would be mad...I swear, you're really unpredictable..."

I grinned."Thank you!And,believe me,messing with people is my thing.It may not be nice but it's usefull.So,why not?"I laughed and winked.

He shakes his head, still smiling. "I give up on trying to understand people..." He keeps walking for a bit and says, "How far is your house? My legs are killing me..."
