I finally stopped resting on my good arm, my first thought was, 'I'm alive.' the second was 'I think I might've broken my arm..' "You guys okay? I choked out sitting up with enormous effort. I looked towards the top of the mountain, It looked about a mile high.. "Ow.." I complained tucking my two swords on my belt. "That hurt."

I sigh, try to get up, then groan, "Other than my knife, Im fine" I say, as I realized the pain in my upper leg was one of my knives, which came loose and lodged itself in my leg. I set my head down and took in a sharp breath, "Look, a tree" I say, seeing a tall pine not far from me, it was probably the best news all day.

I nodded, "Don't take out the knife yet.." I warned, "I'm not ready to bandage it. Can you walk?" I stood up clutching my arm, saw Milo. He was knocked out cold.. "Oh no.." I rushed to his side feeling for a pulse. "He's okay.." I breathed "Just weak." I hoisted him under my arm, "I can't hold him like this for long come on." I slowly walked over to the Pine tree in question laying Milo against it then rushing back and helping Jacob limp over.

I figured out that if I did a lighter and quicker step with my foot, I could move fast, even jog easier. I motioned for Brook to check Milo for other injuries and Tested out my idea, before moving back the the tree, I leaned against it, but hefted my spear in case.

(The idea he has is basically how Terry Fox ran, putting as little pressure on his fake leg and lifting it quickly while taking longer and farther steps with his good foot)

"Thats it." I replied quickly checking over his body. I prepared a bandage for Jacob's leg adding a little bit of anti-infectant that came with each bandage, I motioned for him to remove the knife and quickly applied the bandage, "Feeling any better?" I asked cautiously unable to read his face.

I sighed with relief, "Better than before, for sure" I say. I used my jacket to wipe my blood off of the knife, and put it in my pack. "Hows Milo doing?"

I sighed "I don't know he seems okay, except for the fall." I handed Jacob the bandages. "Bandage my arm?" I asked. Then I realized. Jacob could kill us both right now I was totally vulnerable and I had put my trust in him. 'Please Don't kill me..' I thought.

I found the spot that needed one, and gently applied the bandage. "Better?" I asked.

A lot of pain lifted from my arm, "Much.." I said, "We still have.." I quickly counted "32 Bandages left." I checked out Milo, "I don't know whats wrong with him but I could try and fix him up?"

I moved closer to him, examining his head, "I think he has a concussion" I mutter, they were seen sometimes in 7, if someone was at the wrong place at the wrong time when a tree fell and took a branch to the head...

"It'd be best If I had some eucalyptus. I could crush it and give it to him with some water.. Do you know what it looks like? Could you find some while I set up camps?"

I look around, it could be found in 7, but not usually in areas that were colder, "I don't think there is any, this being a mountain in all, its probably all Pine, but we can probably use these trees for something to drink" I say, trying to remember the tea my dad would sometimes bring from pine trees, was it even pine trees though?

"Drink from the tree's?" I asked confused. I unpacked my bag leaving my medical supplies in so as not to disturb them. "Uh oh I don't have a sleeping bag.." I said "I should've remembered to grab one."

I grunt, examining a pine needle, trying to figure out its usefulness, "You can have mine" I say passively.

"No I can't.." I said "I won't take your sleeping bag you need it more than me." I thought, "We don't need to set up a watch yet, no one has come down the cliff and I doubt they will." I sighed, "Share one?"

I smile and turn, "You can share with Milo", I pick a bunch of pine needles off of the tree, knowing they will be useful for a drink or something later, and shove them into my pack. "While we're talking, how did things go with your talk to District 4?"

I opened Milo's bag only seeing a sleeping bag, "She'll be here soon, assuming she's still alive." Suddenly that's when the Cannons go off. I counted them,

13 shots in all.. "Oh my.." I said "Out of all the games I've watched this has been the most Cannon shots i've heard yet.."

I shrugged, "I saw the guy from 4 take down two or three, I took out two, and Milo got one or two, so thats 5-7 accounted for" I say. A realization dawns, "If the girl from 4 makes it here, I have to share a bag with her" I say, the only good side to that was that if anything happened I would be able to kill her right away.

"I killed the girl from 7 and from 2." I said before realizing what I'd said to him "Are you sure you don't want to share with me? Then we can just stick her with Milo. He'll be on her like a hawk."

I turn to her in confusion, why was she selling Milo out for death, "If she stabs him, she knows where to aim, I'm expendable, I don't have a district partner in the alliance, you two do" I say, not trying to sound hurt but some leaked through, whether it was from being expendable or having no district partner, I had a firm idea.

"If she stabs him I might be able to save him and we have a better chance of killing her. If one of us is in the bag it turns into a 1 on 1." I realized I had killed his female counterpart. "I'm sorry.." I said "She died bravely."
