Rafe looked at the waterfall for a few moments. "Why are we still here then?" he asked, smirking. He began slowly swimming to the waterfall, and got to the rocks Astrid had been talking about, he pulled himself up on to them and sat down. "Come on in, it's nice and romantic in here" he called out playfully.

Astrid rolled her eyes as he swam over to the waterfall, and mentioned about why were they just over there for. Astrid watched him swim over there, and then eventually he called out to her. "Yea, yea" She shouted back to him and she swam towards the waterfall, and through it. She lifted her arms up to grab hold onto the rock ledge and lifted herself up with her arms and put her good leg on the ledge she could lift herself up the rest of the way and roll a bit to get on the ledge, it was different not being able to use her leg like she should, but nothing was impossible. As she was pulling up he leg her scar had hit the ledge and she winced at the pain it caused to the whole area, "Son of a.." She trailed off, trying not to let out her frustration, pain and anger with her words. She managed to get up and sit on her butt, but she still felt the pain lingering around. "Happy now? I'm over here." She said and she gave him a small smile.

Rafe waited as Astrid swam over, he grabbed hold of her arm to help her up, and saw as she hit her scar on the rocks getting up. As she sat down, he instantly reached over and started rubbing it, "You alright?" he asked, concerned about the scar. It looked find, just aggravated by the contact was all, at least it wasn't bleeding or cut again or anything.

When she finally sat down, she felt his hand rubbing the scar and the area around it. Astrid felt some sense of relief, as the pain wasn't as bad, but still there. He asked if she was alright and she looked over at him and gave him a smile, "Yea, I'll be fine, it just hurts, and I'll be fine as long as I'm not dead." She said and kissed his cheek and she let him continue to rub her scar. "And, I'm fortunate enough to have you to take care of me."

Rafe smiled back at her as she kissed him on the cheek, "And you always will have me here to look after you" he said, scooting closer to her on the outcropping. "So" he began, as usual for them. "What should we do, with all this privacy we have here?" he asked, smirking at Astrid. They were basically invisible behind the waterfall.

Astrid smiled as he mentioned that he'd always be around to look after her. There was a lot of reasons why she decided to propose and why she married him in the first place, this was just one of things that made every single moment with him worth while. That was when he had scooted closer to her an asked what they should do with all the privacy and after he smirked, Astrid grinned, "Are you hinting at something, Mr.Terrn?" She asked him and shew as still grinning at him and she waited for him to respond.

Rafe chuckled at her response. "Nooooo" he said, grinning, "Of course not, what makes you think that?" he asked. After saying it, he leaned in and kissed Astrid adjusted every few seconds to make clear the point that he had obviously been hinting at something. For some reason feeling the water from the waterfall sprinkling on his legs made the sensation all the more better than usual.

Once he had chuckled at her response and had a long drawn out 'no' she smirked, now she was a bit more certain that there was something that he had in mind. He then mentioned of course he wouldn't have anything in mind, and she rolled her eyes, she soon then kissed her, and she grinned, "So, still going to tell me, that you don't have any ideas?" She asked.

Rafe pulled away and Astrid, as usual, was quick to reply with her usual wit. "Yup, pretty much Astrid" he replied to her, smirking. He stuck his feet out into the center of the waterfall, letting the water splash on them. He felt comforted by where they were, everything felt so relaxing and right about it. Especially having Astrid there, wherever she was felt like the right place to be for him.

Astrid looked at him as he said that he still wasn't telling her, and she knew she had to guess now, or she had to try and pry it out of him, that or she was rather stupid in this moment, and he really didn't have any ideas. That was when he put his feet in the waterfall. Astrid, looked at it and saw the pretty colours, she knew that no one could see them but they could see a bit out there if they looked hard enough. "So." She said, as their usual conversation starter between them. "Why can't you just tell me?" Astrid asked, and she was about ready to beg him to tell her, if she had to, "No one wants to be mean to little Astrid." She said innocently.

Rafe shrugged, "I'm not being mean at all Astrid, I just want to hold you and kiss you and do other things that breach the PG-13 Rule we have here" he said, smiling. He put his free arm around her waist just so he could be holding her in this moment. Moving his feet in and out of the waterfall alternatively. "So sorry, I'm just not allowed to say it" he said, smirking.

Astrid listened to him as he spoke to her, saying he wasn't mean, and she smirked, "I guess you aren't that mean." Astrid said agreeing with him, She then felt his arm wrap around her waist. She then watched as he moved his feet in and out of the waterfall and then looked back at him and heard him mention that he was sorry and he wasn't allowed to say it. She rolled her eyes a bit, and she kissed him, "So" She started as she pulled back a bit, and she waited to see if he was gonna say something in response.

Rafe smirked, "Only a little bit mean" he added jokingly to her observations. She gave him a kiss and then said their go to word for lack of words. "Soo... what?" he asked, for the moment, he didn't have much to say, he was just happy. He leaned his head against the rocks and closed his eyes, relaxing with the sounds of the waterfall. He kept rubbing Astrid's scar out of habit.

Astrid sat there with him, and she could hear the sound of the water falling, and hitting down below. She noticed how he leaned his head against the rocks and closed his eyes. He did look peaceful like that and Astrid was very grateful for having him as she could still feel him rubbing her scar, and it already was feeling better than it initially felt after she had banged it on the rock edge. She didn't have much to say in response, so Astrid slipped out of his arms and then she sat on the edge and slowly lowered herself into the water and then she began to swim around again, and this time she ended up floating on her back near the edge to where there was ground.
