Soon enough ice covered the whole cave making it a big ice arena and a bunch of icicles formed on the roof of the cave and looked deadly. It seemed to be even more difficult to walk. Three icicles fell and hit each tribute.

(First one goes to Hunter.. Second to Nathan and third to Marnie)

(Btw, I edited because the color went all wanky on me and turned green :/)

I screamed as the icicle hit me. This was it. I was going to die. There were two boys in the room who were obviously stronger than me, and they both had reasons to get out. What was my reason? I thought hard for a moment. To see Fennor and Fritz again, I thought. Without thinking, I shot an arrow at Nathan and tried to block myself.

Another arrow whizzes past me and I realize my time was short. The icicle hit my square on the shoulder, and just by listing to the sounds I guess that I had taken the hardest blow. I use the position I had set myself up for a moment ago to my advantage. With both hands, I thrust the tool of death at Marnie. Most specifically, I was aiming for the body, but anywhere would work really. Since we were in the dark, that would make hitting a target allot harder. I pained me to attack her, but I knew I needed to. In a situation like this, survival out-rules morals.

The ice continued to grow until the floor was covered. The only things going through my mind was how I could use this to my advantage. The leather provided very little protection from the harsh elements, and I was shaking with fear and cold. The gamemakers were having to much fun with this. If they didn't warm it up a bit we'd all die from cold, without a chance of survival.

I sat, still carddlinf myself and listening to the whizzing of arrows and the sounds of battle. Just that I thought I could have a few minutes of comfort, I felt a sharp and cold pain in my shoulder. Icicles. Damn. Well, it could be worse. I closed my eyes and just let the icicles keep falling. I wouldn't get anymore hurt physically or mentally unless I needed to. I was slowly getting better from being mentally sick, but anything could set me right back to my mental breakdown I had before. One more of those Esther hallucinations and that'll be all it takes to break me. I'd be screaming like I was before. I took the thought out of my head and tried to calm down for now.

The room shakes violently, sending the tributes tumbling into one of the corners. The shaking causes the icicles to collapse, filling up half the room. There was even less space to fight now, and the tributes were all within attacking distance of each other.

This was my time to shine! I take my spear and lunge at Marnie. I expect to feel the warm flow of blood on my arm, but I knew I had to nail this literal shot in the dark. There were more and more icicles crashing. Just to give me a slightly more menacing look for the viewers, I take a very dramatic bit of my near frozen meat. had it not mean dried, I'd be eating a block of ice. "I'm coming to find you Ella." Maybe I should've sticked with my mentors advice and act hopeless without her. but really, I wasn't really concerned since the only cannon I heard had been stars. Plus she was with a career tributes... Maybe that should be a problem.

More icicles fell. I was okay at first. But Nathan did it. He mentioned Estrella. And that pushed me to the limit. Tears streamed down my face. "She wants you Nathan. She loves you. There's nobody that loves me. My family hates me too. Nobody will care if I die. Maybe I could have her though. I could've had Esther. But these GameMakers crossed me. After I saved Estrella's life! You two were so together. I wanted that to be Esther and I. Even if it was for 2 minutes. But you will just end up killing me. Nobody thinks that I should be able to love someone. I have somebody too!" I said but then moved my location a bit. If one of them tried to attack me. Soon enough I saw the hallucinations again. I couldn't make out what some of them were. But there she was again. Esther. I closed my eyes. She wouldn't leave.

I winced as my arm was hit. I was sorta getting used to the pain, but I still couldn't give in. I raised a shaky bow and aimed at Nathan. I wanted to end this. Who cared if he had a girl to get to? I just wanted to get home.

The room was unbearably cold now and it started to do some damage to the tributes.

(I don't know what die to use for this but I'mma assume it's trap xD anyway first is Marnie then Hunter and lastly Nathan. SO sorry for who ever gets the worst damage | Smile

I feel the bone chilling cold pierce through me as the room get's colder. I needed to finish Marnie off. It was clear she was Hunter's pick on who left, and maybe if she was eliminated, he'd at-least want one relationship go longer. Yet another blow and another miss from my competitor. Maybe I should taunt her. It always seemed to make people the crowd favorites when they taunted. "Hey, darlin', it might help if you hit me. A large smile appeared on my face as an image of her reaction played across my imagination. I wasn't sure if the capitol could see us, but I hoped they could because of what I was about to do. I twill the spear in my hands around, forming a pretty much perfect circle, with it stopping in a good attack position. Now was my chance. I release yet another lunge at her. Maybe I could hit her... Maybe.

I opened my eyes and heard Nathan taunting Marnie. Then it crossed my mind. Who are you right now? A piece of fragile glass? You came into these games as a career, and you plan on dying or living as a career. I stood up and grabbed my spear. Welcome back Hunter Smith. You are now you again. "I'm tired of being some precious thing." Then without question, I throw my spear at Nathan, knowing his approximate location where I could retrieve my spear. "I'll give Estrella your best wishes."

I bit my lip as the cold started to burn. I backed up against a wall, trying to stay as far away as possible. When Nathan attacked me, I blocked it, and tried to smile, but couldn't. Blood came from my lips and I began to cry. This was the worst death possible. They were both stronger than me, and when Hunter was finished with Nathan, I would be dead next. Still, I raised my bow, 13 arrows left, and shot an arrow at Nathan, also blocking myself.

I begin to panic when I hear the two now attacking me. I tried to block the spear that's hurdling towards me, and merely let the arrow injure me. I needed to get outta here. "Hunter! What the hell are you doing?" I ask startled. I thought he was my comrade! He helped me save Estrella! I could die like this! Not here, not now. Someone had to die. And it wasn't going to be me. I swing my blade at Marnie, hoping to do a little more then arm damage.

He missed his shot, and I smiled, more blood escaping my lips. I chuckled silently, my eyes glinting with tiredness. I was getting anxious, tired, and insane. This was insane torture. Trapped in a space for hours. I shot an arrow at Nathan, wanting this to be over with so Hunter could kill me.
