Shaun walked over to the dying girl as she said her final words. He heard her say something about people not being strong enough to keep the Games out. Which to him, was too true. He whispered quietly to the girl with a nod, saying, "Not everyone...but there are a few. Like you...which reminds me that no one decent ever wins the Games..." He stood, stepping back, looking around...and then Zeke hacked into the girl for damn near no reason. He clenched his teeth together, also balling his fists. He wanted to swing his sword right into Zeke's back in anger, but Zeke was his only ally...and that was gonna go a long way. As Zeke put his arm on him, he moved to shove him off, but as he did he noticed the sword again...and realized that it wasn't his fault. So really, both of them weren't as bad as he thought...he sighed and ran a hand through his hair, looking between the both of them. "Alright guys. How bout we break to think about our options here." He stepped away from Zeke to put an equal amount of distance between them all. He looked up and around, calling out, "Gamemakers, if you want us to fight, just give us a sign. And sponsors, now would be a really good time for some helpful items."

As Arisu's cannon bounced across the arena, there was the sound of another canon in the distance as well. The blue mist around Serenity suddenly started to darken, turning to a deep purple, and finally black. Any trace of its former glitter was gone, and it was more thick cloud than mist now. The cloud grew until it was almost twice the size of one of the tributes, and then started to dissipate. Part of it was also pulled inwards to help form the creature inside that was being revealed to the other tributes. The creature appeared to be a demonic mutt of Serenity, with huge skeletal wings and sharp talons. It screamed, breathing fire at all tributes and sweeping at them with its wings.

Insanity || One More Kill

Two cannons blew off. One was obviously Arisu, but the other, he wasn't too sure about. Zeke felt shoved off as Shaun quickly pushed him off of his shoulder. The blue mist, from the little girl - to young to be in the games, reformed. Zeke looked up at it, it formed some kind of mutt. "We just don't get a break, Shaunie." He looked over to him, smiling. It grew larger and larger, and so did the cloud above them. Zeke raised his shield at it's fire and wings, hoping to fend off the fire and dodge the wings. He smirked. "Are 'ya.. kiddin me?" He rolled his eyes as it attacked his fellow allies. Zeke shook his head, releasing his weapon of fury at the mutt. "I'm going crazy... I think. Shaun.. tell me I'm not going crazy." He pulled back his sword from the monster, waiting for his fellow allies to attack too. Maybe it would die before it could fire again.

'MUTT' :

Shaun watched as the Serenity demon formed before them, the Gamemakers pretty much answering his question with that. He looked up, arms out to the side and said, "Really? A simple, booming voice saying 'Get on with it assholes' would've been fine." He shook his head and looked back, his eyes widening when the demon thing breathed fire, trying to roll out of the way of the fire to avoid getting burned too bad. He looked to Zeke as he asked Shaun to tell him he wasn't going crazy to which Shaun just shook his head. "To be honest, I'm not entirely sure of that either." And with that, Shaun rushed the mutt, hacking at it with his sword.

Serenity screams and knocks them over with her left wing. She manages to catch Shaun on a claw as well.

The member 'Rainy Pie' has done the following action : ROLL

'MUTT' :

Oceania took a deep breath as she managed to jump out of the way of harm, and manage to make an attack on the mutt. She swiftly hopped out of the way of the mutt, trying not o get hurt. One hit could possibly kill her. She turned to face the mutt and swung as hard as she could at the beast with her sword.

Shaun raised his shield in an attempt to block the oncoming attack. However, he seemed to have not been able to prevent himself from getting grabbed. He twists slightly to try and prevent the claws from hurting him too much and then slices at the demon creature, even though it seemed the others had it. Shaun turned and yelled, "This thing is almost dead right?"

Shaun shook his head as soon as he heard Zeke ask for his vial. "This is for when you're on the hround about to die...I think. And we need to figure a way of this little island here. My take on it is that someone needs to die. Or two people. So, as much as I hate to do it, someone needs to take the first strike...so I'll do the honors." and with that, Shaun swung his sword at Oceania and raised his arms to the side. "Sorry Oceania but...it is what it is.

Shaun sighed as he missed, but when he looked up he noticed Zeke swing at her and she had failed to block his attack. He wasn't sure what to think about that, as she would most likely die...but then he heard what Zeke was saying and he balled his fists. He tried to block him out and tried to deflect Oceania's attack, his anger towards Zeke almost causing him to just swing back, but he stopped himself. He knelt down next to the dying girl, putting an arm over one knee. "Don't take anything he's saying seriously, alright? Die with some pride, Oceania...even though you really didn't get an attack off, don't die with a bitter taste in your mouth. It sucks that you have to go this way but hell, the Games are cruel. But that's our life. And we just have to deal with it...and sadly it's the end of yours." He smiled weakly, holding out his hand to the girl who would soon die. "Also, never really properly told you my name...it's Shaun. Shaun Rivers." Shaun wasn't entirely sure where the whole entire speeches kept coming from, especially after getting so angry, but he owed it to everyone who died by his hand or by his decisions. They deserved more than he could possibly give, but it was the best he could do.
