Note: Is the user/character who took Drew Roy active? Are you going to update that for the 29th Games Tributes/NPCs?

I can add those people for you, but keep in mind the 7 active characters rule, and even if the user who had Drew Roy (because I can't find it here so someone probably just asked me on chat or something) was inactive, you wouldn't be able to steal the FC. That's not fair to them, because if they came back and wanted to RP a character they had and the charrie's fc had been swiped.... no. Also, I have a feeling you're the one who reserved him, or possibly Light or Rc.... anyway, the FC is probably already set for a character or was made into a character so even if the user was inactive I would not add him for you. I'm explaining so much because I feel this might come up in the future with other users and whatnot, not because I'm yelling at you.

Also, as for the non-npc tributes, they should be up on the list already from when they were in the Districts, and the rule for npc fc's this year are you can use them if you ask the person who had them claimed, so they're not technically claimed, they just have a watchdog.
