As for now I'd like to have Bridgit Mendler as a FC considering I thought up a charrie idea for her.

Alright I decided I was going to make a Capitol charrie from the FC of Hayley Williams so you can move her there. I am dropping Kat Dennings.

I have decided to use Holland Roden and Lea Seydoux xD

So basically take off Kat, add Hayley to Capitol, and add Lea, Holland, and Bridgit to districts.

Can you add Tom Parker to the list?

Sure but Jodelle Ferland is one of the NPC's. I have no problem adding her as long as Ari is okay with it, because she has that NPC claimed.
