Row watched as the tribute parade went on. He saw all the tributes in their ridiculous costumes, waiting to catch a glimpse of his sister riding in her chariot. He almost expected to see her in a tacky lit up suit like years past had been. He was pleasantly surprised by the outfit he saw her in. It wasn't revealing and she didn't look like a giant lit up silver metal beam like years before. She was waving and smiling and then she blew a kiss right into the camera, then she caught one and put it to her lips. He did the same thing to the screen he was watching. "I love you more than the moon and the stars," he said afterwards. It was the same thing their mother would say to them every night before bed.
