I watched closely, seeing her in the final moments, chasing the District four boy. I was about to ask how she got him when he was moving so fast, but then I saw her on screen put on an extra burst of speed, and throw the spear. I knew what would happen, but it still sent chills down my spine. It was a crazy way to win. "I guess I should get to my room?" I ask, subtly requesting permission to leave. I knew I didn't need it, but it seemed like the right thing to do in this situation.

I knew the death was brutal but it couldn't have been that bad. "Well considering the hour and such, your escort may come by and pester you to go to bed, it's annoying but warning you before her high voice comes in." I say taking one more sip of rum and but my glass down and left it. "Good luck with sleep, I wont lie..It's brutal to try and fall asleep and you most likely wont but you need to try and get as much sleep as possible before the games." I said and got up taking the tape out and placing it in my small bag. I then picked up something to eat so it wasn't all liquid inside or just alcohol for that matter.

I get up and stretch, "Can't wait for training" I say, neutrally. "Night" I say, addressing Astoria, I wave at her in a semi friendly, semi formal way and head to my room, and get in my bed immediately.

The kid was gone before I could say anything. I decided to sit there for awhile knowing full well I wouldn't be sleeping any time soon. Maybe replaying my own games was a mistake, I could hardly look at it my self but I knew it had to be done, it sometimes answered questions I simply couldn't. I finished eating what I was eating flicked on the the tv but all they had were things about the games and I was disgusted with it so I turned it off and sighed. I knew the game makers were watching, I hope they knew it was going to be a good year. "Interesting year, this shall be." I mumbled quietly to my self.
