I smirked, "To see a girl as good looking and quite young in the games for as long as it went on was a miracle to the male tributes. More so when the other girls were pretty...Scaring to look at." I say joking and laugh, although there was some truth to it.

I chuckle, finally realizing I that I didn't dislike my mentor, and was opening up. "Well, I can imagine that looks weren't on their mind if they knew you might be near them" I say, complimenting her.

I smile, "Thank you, you lad, I like you..Gonna be a shame if you get killed in the games." I say nodding to him as I took a sip of rum I had in my hands. Soon enough the screen flickered to the different scores they got and she smirked when it showed that she had three. "I purposely got three so people thought I was helpless and others to survive." I say and tap my feet on the floor. "Word of advice, don't get attached to anyone in the games, makes it harder to kill them or see them die." I say thinking about my own games where I had no trust in anyone and hadn't exchanged much words with very many people.

I smirk. "The only people I'm going to talk to is the Career pack" I say. "Until I break it off in the end" I add in. "That will be the start of the Endgame, no doubt" I predict, imagining the final push to victory.

"You can't think too far ahead with these things, never know what the game makers will through at your way, I had some complications my self but I had some lovely boys to help me." I say smirking. "They made the earth under me collapse in and I was stuck in a giant pit but with effort the boys helped me out and later on got their thanks returned in a quick death." I say remembering the blood splatter, I must have been cruel to do it but I had to win.

"I guess the Gamemakers thought you were too good, and had it too easy" I say, grinning. I figured she knew I wouldn't have quite as many problems.

"I still had it too easy, but my biggest problem was when I was alone with one other tribute in the arena, luckily I found where the punk was. Ramsy Stilts, weird name I know..He was the one I sent a spear through his head." I said grinning.

I laughed, thinking of something. "Maybe he had too much sea salt in his ears".

I laugh a bit, "Maybe, not to mention, I think I did see some sea salt come out of his ears." I say jokingly and grin. Soon the games were starting on the tv and I smiled looking at all those who were taken out and I remembered all of their names.

I watch as the horn sounds and I watch my mentor burst off her plate. "What should I do right off the plate?" I ask.

"How fast are you?" I ask and looked at myself run off the plate with so much more speed than my fellow tributes. "You as fast as that?" I asked pointing to myself on the screen. "I was well known for my speed too." I say.

"I can catch rats in the mines" I say, knowing she'd understand the speed of the rats down there. "I did a lot of cardio training."

I think for a moment and weigh out possibilities. "I'd just you sprint to where all the good supplies are, quickly get your weapon and defend off those risking their pathetic lives to get good supplies." I say pausing and smirked. "Ha, that rhymed." I mumble. "So, after that, assuming you're with the career pack, depending what's left of you guys take the things you need most and put it in your pack and search out a better location. Also don't be afraid to ally up with some others outside the career pack..It could come in handy for spies." I say.

I smile, "I'll think about outsiders, but that'll depend on if there's any strong tributes outside of the Career districts" I say, thinking about a few tributes from the reapings broadcast that had looked good. "I think the District 4 boy will be a good ally in the beginning, as long as he doesn't hold a grudge against us because of your games" I say, grinning.

"Well, as long as the boy tribute for four doesn't know who your mentor is that's fine, although I wonder who the district four mentor is this year." I say with an evil grin. This was interesting now. "I'll have to find out, this could be interesting.." I say wandering off in my thoughts and quickly returned. "No worries, he's a career though. Most careers stay together until they feel it's time to split." I say shrugging slightly. "To me I never really counted my self apart of careers.. I just worked my magic, and did what I had to do to win." I said while chuckling a bit. Oh how amusing the games were.

I nod, "I think I'll go for the pack, there seemed to be a fair amount of decent tributes this year". I keep watching her games, "It'll be useful to have a group to help take some of them out of the picture"

"Yea it is.. I had some district three guy and some district five guy kill off the female careers, except for me." I said thinking about it. "Then for other female tributes I got the careers to take care of them and then..Well I toyed with a few guys and got a three way fight over me, wasn't my fault they were so daft. Others had common sense so they didn't get into much of a fight." I say shrugging, "But that's what I had my alliances for." I spoke thinking about the big three way fight. "Nicer to have people do your dirty work and kill each other off, less people you have to kill."

I smile, "I don't think I can pull that off" I say, flashing my best smile. "I'll get my hands a bit more dirty with my work"

"Everyone is different." I nod in agreement. "I couldn't pull that off as easily as I could now, though." I say honestly. "Been six years after all." I said can't believing it was that long. "We already figured out the type of angle you have, but if for what ever reason you feel in the games you need to drop it, then do it but only if you feel it's absolutely needed to be done." I said giving him more advice.

I give a small smile. "What waits for you back home?" I ask curious. "Family? Girlfriend? Friends? Hmm?" I ask trying to know something more of just who I was helping out this year. Not many kids that I had to help I ended up taking a liking to. This kid just happened to be more like me in some ways not all but some. At least he could take directions though.

I nod. "I had that in common with you." I say thinking back to when I came home to find my own brother dead. "I had a few friend but what ever friends I had just were too busy for me after I got back..and well my little brother, he was gone and my dog to mention." I said dully. It didn't hurt me any more, not the way it used to, I took another sip of rum.

I shrug, "Thanks for the reassurance" I mention, almost offhand. I never thought of them doing something to my brother, but he was older, maybe it would be different.

I blinked for a moment then looked at him. "Oh no! No! That wasn't what I meant." I started to protest. "No, the capitol didn't harm my brother, he had already been quite sick when I left him. Then the dog was sold for medication but it didn't help, now I have a crazy mother who I don't talk to." I say shrugging my shoulders. After about ten minutes it came to the final moments in the arena. "You may want to pay attention." I say pointing to the screen. "My moment of victory is coming up soon, Then after this you should think about heading to bed, big day with the Capitol tomorrow." I say.
