| Isidore walked past a couple of rooms, been in there earlier than ever. He literally just sat down there and read trashy Capitol magazines that were presented in a nice stack until he heard the doors open, noise filling into the void of silence before. He sighed and threw the horrible magazines aside, expecting the same usual sight every single year. These kids are either bawling their eyes out, thinking really hard until his own brain hurts just looking at them, or they're probably gorging food down. Food is always the more pleasant one to look at and deal with. And of course it kind of put him in a.. slightly better mood to find the female tribute doing just that. He stood in front of her as he watched the young lady eat. "Hm?" He mimicked back amusedly and picked up a donut and twirled it around his fingers as he stepped away from the girl, "Might as well enjoy the food while you still can." Blatantly looking at her physique and posture while he just waited for her to say something, Anything that she'd usually say. You'd think mentors would be the ones doing all the talking, but hey, that mouth of hers when actually put through her mind, could actually just save her. | |

| Auralee was taken aback. She hadn't noticed the mentor before. "Sorry," she said quietly. The man looked very vaguely familiar; she'd probably seen his picture before but not his games. She looked around again for the other tribute, but the boy was nowhere to be found. Auralee took a deep breath. No conversation buffer, then. She heard the mentor say something else and paled. "Um, yeah. Hah. Right," she murmured with a nod, hoping her hair would cover her eyes so her utter terror wouldn't be quite as visible. Auralee focused on keeping her shoulders from shaking. Strong. Be strong, she reminded herself. Auralee cleared her throat. "What is it, uh, like?" she blurted out. "I mean, how do I... do it." |

| Isidore noticed how she carried herself and it was going to be hard. But if the boy isn't going to come around and have totally given up, Is might actually like a challenge. He munched on the glazed donut on hand as she continue to stumble around in shyness or fear or whatever they call it. "Do what?" He raised an eyebrow at her, "You see, your words are very important. That could've been your only chance to ask me something, and that could be your only answer. Words, sweetie. Words is what helped me 'do it'. Remember to try and think before you talk. Because words are powerful enough to kill or save your life." He finished the donut and licked his fingers, standing straight as he cleared his throat, "So let's try this again, why don't you introduce yourself first off sweetie. Isidore's the name." Looking at her, she doesn't seem to look right back at him as her eyes avoided his. With no dumb boys around, it was so much easier to.. not get irritated by their stupidity. "What are you afraid about?" his tone softened as he asked her after a moment of silence that reeked of terror. | |
