Physical Appearance: Noctavia is a pretty 16 year old girl. Her color is jet black which falls to her shoulders. Her eye color is a venom green which can give the impress of a snake. Her skin color with a pale white, and her lips are pure pink color.
Personality: at first Noctavia can appear to be shy. But once you get to know her she is quite talkitve. She likes to speak her mind of things that are important to her. She also is a fighter she never backs down from a challenge.
Flaw: Noctavia's main flaw is someone talking or threating her family
Talents: she is a pretty good hunger, even though her family is rich, she loves to hunt. She is also a pretty good fighter, she may be a little small, but don't judge her just yet. She can also play innocent to her victims before striking, it's one of her many

Brief History: when Noctavia was 11 her family was once poor. They starved everyday, and could only afford scraps. One day her father used an old chicken feed, and made an cushion out of it, soon someone saw it and paid her dad 200 dollars. Soon her dad had his own luxury factory, which saved them from starvation.
Preferred angles: one of Noctavia's angles being quite sexy, her jet black hair and green eyes mostly effects this angle.

Noctavia looks fine to me, but I just wanted to let you know that your username does not have to be the name of your character. It's allowed, but not required. I have no character named Rainy Pie, after all, that would be silly! xD (Actually, now I feel the urge to go make a character named that...) So Noctavia is ACCEPTED, but next time, I would appreciate it if you described her flaw a bit more/differently... obviously having someone hurt your family is likely to be bad, but in this case you could say she loses her temper when her family or loved ones are threatened, or that she will sacrifice anything for them with no forethought, or something like that. For now though, it's fine. Razz

Physical Appearance: Rayden has dark red hair , that cascades down to her shoulders. Her skins is a light tan but it's not to much. Her lips are usually red when you see her because she puts on red lipstick. She has light green eyes than almost look tan color.
Personality: Rayden has an outgoing personality. She loves to talk especially around things important. She also is very slyly, she can make a plan quickly without you even knowing it. She also loves to be out into nature, she loves being around pine and loves to stay their and relax.
Flaw: she has a soft spot for wounding things. If she sees an animal or a human hurt she would loss her protective side and become vurneable to anyone who would be around.

Brief History: Rayden at first was at first a girl with a normal life as a nine year old. But soon she came with a unknown disease which made her weak by the minute, her parents didn't know what to do. They tried everything but the doctors only gave the same old word to Rayden's parents, death. Soon she started to recover, she soon became strong, but something was wrong. Her eyes was once a bright green but became dull and her family never knew how to change them back.

Personality:mercy kind of has a weird personality.when every she is in a an awkward moment, she rarely makes up excuses,but only starts to talk fast about the situation. She mostly is an outdoors girl, she likes nature and defends it bravely. She can be silly and humorous in all types of scernios, as she likes to lighten up the mood.

Brief History:When mercy was nine years old she uses to live in district 12. When her family was lined up for execution, her family ran to the forest to escape. She soon learned about nature there, she and her family stayed there for a year, after a year Mercy's family soon moved through the districts and made their way to district 4. Her family, disguised themselves and sneaked their way in.

Alright, I have one note. There is no way she could be from District 13 before it was destroyed. I believe District 13 was nombed before the games, started and the end of the revolution. That was 33 years ago, she would be much older then 15 if that was the case. Fix and we will take a look at your character again.
