November 23rd, age 14
Gender: female
District 6
Family: Her father; small, meek and pondering; her mother; kind but steeled; and her older brother, Milo, rash but devoted.
Brief History: Her father is an assistant to the head doctor of the Hospital; and you might say that Will is her father's assistant. She accompanies him to the Hospital almost every day, the doctors trust her and sometimes even rely on her talents. Her mother stays at home usually, she has a crippled leg and cannot move around without assistance. Her brother, Milo, is usually in trouble and Will has to drag him out of the Peacekeeper's clutches at any given time. She is good at getting out of tough situations.
Physical Appearance: Long brown hair reaching her mid-back. Petite frame, small in height, at 4'11. Dark eyebrows and a small mouth. Skin is pale and clear, without freckles. Opaque green eyes with flecks of blue, and well-defined cheekbones.
Personality: Will does not talk if she doesn't have to, from a glance she may appear stony in demeanor but in reality she is only thinking hard. That's what she does- think. Her world is inside her head. She is always pondering medicine, people, the government, anything you could imagine. In this way if she does not think you are worth her attention she will speak curtly and move on. However, if it comes to her attention that you are worth her interest, she may become friendly and likable; you may even begin to see a little of what goes on inside her head. She possesses qualities that are not unlike those of her mother's; you cannot push her aside and expect her to move on, but she knows you must pick your battles and in this way she has her father's brain.
Flaws: You could say that Will doesn't appreciate her life as much as some might have if they had more money. She just brushes over that. She isn't good at showing emotion or feelings, she hides it inside her head.
Pets: You could call them her pets, she has several tracker jackers that she uses for medicinal purposes, she has discovered their venom can be useful for curing some diseases. She keeps them in a small wire cage.
Rich or Poor? Will's family is wealthier than most.
Weapon of Choice: When she fights Peacekeepers to free her brother, she usually does it stealthily by climbing to a high place with two stones, attached together with a rope. A few whips around her head and then let it fly...they never know what hit them.
Talents: She has a good arm and a good aim, a gift of healing, and her biggest weapon is stealth. - Spoiler:
Ace Lenox
May 5th, age 16
Gender: male
District 4
Family: Ace's little sister Joby is all he has left.
Brief History: Both of Ace's parents died when an epidemic swept through his district when he was ten. His sister was four years old. Ace didn't dare tell anyone because he knew he and his sister would be taken from their home and each other. Ace dropped out of school to work on the docks, but he wouldn't let his sister. As Ace tells her, "One of us is destined for greatness, and it sure isn't me, hon. So you need to go to school." They told the neighbors their parents were still sick in bed with the epidemic, and managed for the next two years. But it was so hard for Ace, only twelve now, to support his sister, even with the tesserae. He didn't think they could make it any longer, people commented in the streets how skinny his sister looked and "How were those parents doing?" "Still sick," Ace would reply, ushering his sister on. Finally, it wasn't a secret anymore that something had happened to the Lenox parents. It was time to act. Ace and Joby left their part of District 4, heading where? They didn't know. For a while they hid in different parts of District 4 until Ace found a job at a fishing company. He worked hard and his employer suspected that he didn't have a home, took pity on him, and offered him a tiny storage closet above the shop. Ace, though embarrassed, was forced to accept. His sister is now ten; the same age Ace was when his parents died.
Physical Appearance: 5'7 tall, thin and built because of work in the fishing company. Large gray eyes, hard brow, tawny-red hair jaggedly cut short. His smile has the unique ability to provoke the same expression from those influenced by it. Slightly lopsided, teasing, charming...it really is unexplainable.
Personality: A small pocket of joy...that's what Ace is. Even if it's just a smile, Ace has the ability to lift others' spirits even in the hardest of times. But he is troubled, like a caged lion, pacing, just waiting to be free...during his lifetime, he has been forced under responsibility, forced to be the parent there never was. So at times he may lapse into a quiet, sometimes depressed state. But he'll come out of it or Joby will yank him out.
Flaw: Ace hates getting help, taking advice, or being pitied. He's been doing everything himself for most of his life, and in his opinion, that's how it's going to stay.
Pets: Ace can barely keep his sister fed, so he hasn't acquired any pets yet.
Rich or Poor? Poor.
Weapon of Choice: Not really a violent person, but when Ace escaped with his sister, he carried his father's handgun. He's a pretty good shot; hasn't tried archery but his shooting talents may transfer over.
Talents: Shooting, archery?, swimming, maybe more undiscovered. - Spoiler:
Milo Thea
January 30th, age 17
Gender: male
District 6
Family: His father; small, meek and pondering; his mother; kind but steeled; and his younger sister, Will, quiet but fierce.
Brief History: His father is an assistant to the head doctor of the Hospital; his mother is home with a crippled leg. Since he was young, Milo has felt slightly cheated. His father was always off to the Hospital and had no time for Milo, his mother preoccupied with her paintings. And then Will, the one born with healing talents...Milo's father, ecstatic, Milo's mother, proud. Milo was angry, and he'd always known that what the Peacekeepers were doing was unfair. So he began to plot against them.
Physical Appearance: Short, blond hair highlighted with brown; which often falls in his face. Opaque green eyes flecked with gold, smaller than some, at 5'5, stocky, muscular build, broad shoulders. Skin is pale and clear, without freckles. Defined cheekbones.
Personality: Mischievous and teasing, full of tricks and jokes. Has a quick temper, usually when in contact with his family he is like a pot about to boil over. He makes quick decisions and split second plans, usually without thinking them through. This can and will get him into trouble. Milo does have an ego, and can be a flirt. He is extremely reckless but also endearing.
Flaw: Thinks too quickly, is egotistical, reckless.
Pets: He takes in alley cats of all shapes and sizes, keeps and feeds them on the roof of the shed outside his bedroom window.
Rich or Poor? Family is wealthier than most.
Weapon of Choice: Can work magic with several throwing knives.

Zea Everly
August 9th, age 15
Gender: female
District 2
Family: Her mother, Cynara, her father, deceased, her sister, Rilleta, deceased.
Brief History: Zea's mother trains Peacekeepers and tributes. When her two baby girls were born, twins, Zea and Riletta, Cynara saw them as only tools to get fame and glory. Zea's father died when she was two, it was suspected that he was poisoned by an unhappy citizen, he was mayor of District 2 at the time. The girls grew. Zea's mother doted on Riletta, she was a beautiful girl and seemed to excel at whatever she did. It became her Cynara's dream to see Riletta win the Hunger Games, but she trained both of her daughters hard, pushing them beyond their limits. But no matter how hard she tried, Zea was always second-best, something her mother always told her. Riletta was prettier. Trained harder. Fought better.
Time passed.
The sisters turned eleven. Twelve. Thirteen. Their mother became a monster, crazed by money and power and popularity, and everything else. Try harder! She would scream at them, and they would. But somehow Zea would always fall short. Fourteen. The Reaping came. And Riletta volunteered as a tribute. Went to the arena. Died, killed at the hand of the boy she had always loved in District 2. Zea went to her mother, telling her that she would avenge her sister. She would train even harder than humanly possible and win the games. And this time, she would not fail. And then her mother turned on her. "You will never match your sister."
Something in Zea snapped that day. She would show her. She would show everyone. She was just as good as Riletta. She would win.
Physical Appearance: Her blond hair falls in waves down her back. Her face is undeniably pretty. Her lips are soft, her innocent smile can melt anyone's heart, and her large green eyes seemed to shine. But since Riletta died, something has changed. Her eyes are stormy, her expression dark, her body muscled and lean, her lips set in a hard line.
Personality: Before her sister died, she was innocent and naive. Timid but kind, she would lend help to anyone who needed it. She could be seen on the front lawn of her family's manor, playing tag with her sister or making wreaths from flowers. This was how she spent her time with her sister when her mother was not around to make them train.
Now she is cold and cruel. Many turn away when they see her striding down the streets, barking orders to servants and taking down anyone who dares stand in her way. She has no friends, and does not wish for any. She keeps her conversations short and to the point. She is confident in her abilities, and this shows. She expects everyone to follow her rules, and if not, she'll kill you without hesitation.
Flaw: Under her mask of hate, she is in pain. She misses her sister. She will never stop fighting to prove she is better than everyone else until she is dead. Really, desperately, she wants her mother's approval, and though she knows she will never achieve it, she will never stop trying to.
Pets: none
Rich or Poor? Rich
Weapon of Choice: Sword or spear.
Talents: Amazing with both sword and spear, has excellent battle and leadership skills. - Spoiler:
Sibyl Walcott
December 9th, age 17
Gender: Female
District 10
Her twin sister, Emma, her father, her mother.
Brief History: Sibyl lives with her family on their huge farm. They grow their own food to eat and sell and have a large barn to keep all their livestock. In the loft of that barn is Sibyl and her twin sister Emma's secret oasis. Farm life is hard work, and the loft is about the only place where Sibyl can just relax and talk. About anything and everything, with her sister, who she trusts with all her heart. However, Sibyl is itching to get out of 10 and see the country. She's sick and tired of monotonous days, and dreads living her entire life in the same place.
Physical Appearance: Long, unruly hair flying in her face and around her shoulders. Her bangs are cut bluntly, and they fall right above her eyes. She is tan, with muscled limbs and callused hands from work with livestock and farming. Her eyes are blue green, and her lashes look unnaturally long and curled.
Personality: Sibyl is easily bored, she always has to be doing new things. She has always dreamed of traveling Panem and beyond. It seems she always has a new crazy scheme. She is always curious and soaks up knowledge like a sponge. She loves to read, though books are hard to find in District 10. Sibyl loves change, and this makes her a bit flighty. She is a daredevil, if you say something is impossible she will go out of her way to prove you wrong. She is stubborn as a mule and just as argumentative, and because she is hungry for knowledge, she may trust people before she really gets to know them for who they are. She doesn't maintain relationships well, she will find out all you know and then move on. Her sister is the only one she knows well.
Flaw: Flighty, trusting, stubborn.
Pets: The family farm's livestock.
Rich or Poor? Middle class.
Weapon of Choice: Sibyl has been using a scythe on their farm since she was old enough to hold one. When she gets bored of harvesting wheat from their plot, she tries different maneuvers with it, twirling and tossing and slashing through the air. In this way, she's gotten very skilled at it, she would handle a sword easily if one was placed in her hands.
Talents: Sword fighting, perhaps more undiscovered. - Spoiler:
