--Interviewer Extraordinaire--

Caesar Flickerman stood up as he went to introduce the next tribute ready for their interview, the lights shining brightly down on the large stage created a breathtaking scene as the faces of the District's tributes were being displayed behind him. He held his hand out off stage as he warmly introduced them to the Capitol. "Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome to the stage the quiet girl from District 9, Lupa Avian!" The audience boomed as he motioned for her to come and join him center stage.

I stepped out onto the stage with my best smile on to win the crowd. Of course, as soon as I stepped into the light I had to take a moment to register everything. My eyes locked onto Caeser, as he was the only thing I could really focus on at the moment. "It's a pleasure to be here, Caesar," I say, trying to appear bright and happy.

Caesar smiled widely as the tribute joined him onstage. "And it is a pleasure to have you here." He sat down making sure he got comfortable before he started in on the questioning. "So, how has the Capitol been treating you so far? Anything really stand out to you?" His bright white teeth still showing on his face as he grinned widely at the girl.

[color]I sit down and try to get comfortable while still looking professional. Now, I can look out to the audience and take in everything. At one point my eyes find the cameras and I wonder if Storm is watching, or if it's too painful for him to think of me anymore. I keep a happy face on as I answer Caesar's questions. "It's been a great experience," I say, "everything's really amazing. Of course, my favorite thing would have to be the fashion; I don't see much of that back home."[/color]

Caesar laughed, the large smile still firmly placed on his face as it seemed to be for the entire interviews. "The styles have been a popular answer for these tributes. Well your stylist did an exquisite job with your outfit. You look very lovely tonight, doesn't she folks!?" The crowd went wild as they showed their approval of her outfit. "I think I will have to make that my color for next years games, and it looks good on you."

"Well thank you Caesar," I say, giving a grateful smile, "But I'm not the one that should be told that. My stylist's the one who did all the work."

The crowd laughed and applauded as the congratulations went out to the stylist that was designated for District 9 that year. "Well then congratulations to them then. Now Lupa, are you feeling prepared to go into the arena? Any plans you don't mind sharing with me and a few of my closest friends?" Caesar smiled and winked playfully with her as he motioned to the large audience that sat waiting for her answer to the question.

I took a second to think out my response. "Well, I'm absolutely ready," I say, "But the only thing I can say of my plans is that I'm going to win, and quickly too."
