Storm blinked as he entered the ring, not sure exactly who he was fighting. But he recognized some features of the face, and realized that this guy had to be somehow related to Fallon. At least, his last name was King, right? He faced he opponent evenly, though the other guy, Simon, was it? was obviously much older than him. And more trained, by the way he looked. Storm drew only his sword, preferring to keep the dagger out of sight until he needed it.
The gong sent a jolt through him, but Storm didn't appear rocked by it. Appearance was everything. "Let's get it started then" he said, before stepping forward, lunging towards his opponent and beginning the battle.

Simon had walked in. He had signed up for this thing to make his parents proud and to show people his strength. He had no sympathy for anyone so even if this boy was much smaller than him he didn't give a flying arse about it. He twirled hiss mace(changing his weaponnowxD) and he was getting prepared. The young boy attacked him first and he moved to the side trying to dodge. Then he came swinging his mace at the boy.

Storm didn't notice the mace until he was already attacking ~~Thor~~ Simon, leaving himself wide open for a head blow. Thankfully, even though his sword found thin air, it gave him an outlet of escape. He jumped forward to avoid the deadly object before returning the blow.

Simon chuckled as the boy dodged it. He soon watched as the boy tried to swing back but he had missed. It amused him a little to see this little guy trying. He had trained for stuff like this all his life. Soon he brought up his mace again and swung with force.

Storm ducked out of the way again, and suddenly realized something. He may be smaller, but this guy was obviously heavier, slower. Or at least, it would seem that way; after all, he'd run into some heavy-set guys that still managed to fight pretty well. But Storm clung to his hope, and went in with a different way of fighting, light and fast, darting in and out like a hummingbird. Like what had carried Lupa all the way to the final two.

Simon laughed as he noticed what the boy was doing and he stepped aside from his petty attack. "you really think that was gonna work?" He asked and then he stepped closer to the boy and he did a short and forceful swing onto the kid hoping to knock him down a few pegs.

Storm let out an angry sigh; he'd underestimated the guy. "Well, it was worth a try," he said, quickly jumping to the side to avoid the mace. "You don't seem to be doing so well yourself," he said. He hesitated only a moment before attacking again.

Simon growled at the boy, but he was right, neither of them were hitting anything. Therefore he decided that he would just focus on hurting the brat and going on to the next round. Simon then swung his mace at the boy again hoping for a better outcome. He also dodged the boys attack.

Storm rolled his eyes. This guy was quiet and grumbley. Not a good person in his book. He side-stepped the mace again before countering.
