Personality: He is very smart and is always trying to make fishing more efficient. He is only nice to his one friend Conner. Always trys to keep to himself, which is easy. Never shows his feelings to anyone

[b]Brief History: Has always been ignored by everyone is his district, even though he is one of the best fishermen there is. It is all because of his older brother. He is just fine with it though he enjoys being alone with the fish on the coast line. He wishes one day to be acknowledged, which he know will only happen if he won the hunger games which he hopes to never be in.
