Brief History:
Rex his friend, tired to kill him, but ended up killing his parents instead. Alex has been living on his own and sneaking into Career training for the past year, and hopefully will be ready for the games. He found a puppy when he was 9, and started to nurse it back to health, and at the moment is his only remaining family.
