Luke enters the lounge car. He swiftly walks around the car and inspects everything. He wonders if this was were Josh was on the trip to the capitol.... or if he was in a diffrent car. But Luke liked this car. It had a certain comfort that made him feel like this was were he should be. He watched the trees pass in a pattern of green and brown colors zipping past the train. He drifts into thought as he relaxes on a chair filled with soft material and thinks of his awaiting fate.

Markus walked into the compartment, eyeing the new tribute. Josh had come so close last year. He just needed to get a little more out of this one. He sat down in one of the chairs. "Hey, I'm Markus" he said, with an air of seniority about himself.

Luke hears the sound of a voice coming in his direction. He opens his eyes slowly and focuses on the man. He remmembered this one his name...Um..Markus yes Markus was the mentors name. "Hi im luke did you teach Josh in the last games" Luke said in a questioning voice and little intimadating.[i]

Markus nodded, "Yeah, he was a good kid, almost made it out" he says, a tad rushed. "Why, did you know him? Close friend?" he says, mostly guessing, but the kid's attempt at intimidation gave off that sort of vibe, that maybe he didn't like Josh's mentor for letting him down.

"well more like a very close brother but not related to my blood,He could have been we looked after each others back....AND YOU let him die and im going to avenge his death" Luke finishs with him taking a sip of vodka. He then walks over to the table picks up a knife and steadies it in his palm. He throws it at the wall and hits it the center of the mirror. " I do not care for what happens to the capitols belongings for they killed Josh" and with that he sit back down accross Markus. "so when do we start"

Markus watched his tirade tiredly, but with some interest and a lot of patience. "Well, you can train to actually survive when you get to the Capitol, for now, you can get over your little dislike of me and deal with the fact that it won't be as easy as you seem to think it'll be to win" he says, coldly. Grabbing the knife and pulling it out of the wall, he tosses it back onto the table.

"well im starting to like you markus" luke said with a smirk he sets his glass on the tablr. Then walks back to the table. "did Josh mention that i am..... Heartless and a almost savage?" Luke questioned as he sat at the wooden table digging into the meat.[i]

Markus shrugs, "He mentioned a good friend a couple times. But Josh was pretty focused on winning and going home" he says, sighing. He came that close to doing just what he wanted.

Luke sighed and exused himself and went to lie down on the bed that was prepared for him.
