Hello, and welcome to the site! I'm afraid your character needs some work. First of all, let's look at his family. He has to have had family as some point, even if he never knew them. But you say he was four when they died, so he would have remembered his parents and their names. Their names aren't necessary, but did he have any siblings? Were his parents the only ones who died? Did he have both parents when they died, or was he raised by a sibling or one parent? It doesn't have to be detailed, just let us know who he had before he died.

Then, for the rest of it, please write in complete sentences. For instance, 'Born as a hunter' should be written as 'He was born as a hunter' and so on for all of the other sentences and whatnot. Also, being ripped but not being very strong? How does that work? And why is it in history? Also, his flaw is not a flaw. 'Doesn't run too good but not too bad' first lists and understated flaw, then contradicts it. It should be something he is okay at, it should be something that would somehow put him at a disadvantage in the Games or during everyday life. If you want the same flaw, you could say, 'He is quite a slow runner, with very little stamina, which makes it extremely difficult for him to run anywhere or travel on foot for a long time' or something of the like.
