Justice Building

The Justice Building is at the center of the lower area of the district. It dominates the area; and it houses the district's Mayor. It also has documents, and other districts trade here. Specialty: Electronics

Some 'illegal' trading goes on here. Some residents come here to bounce electronic inventions around.

Factories

In these factories, electronics are made. District 3 is known for their inventions of numerous electronics. Also, there are television factories, automobile factories, and even factories for creating explosives here.

Houses

The residential area of District 3 is found here. Smaller children with families are often seen in the streets playing and the occasional foster family is also here

Train Station

Not a lot of people travel through here but once a year the train stops to pick up the District 3 tributes. Transportation to any of the districts (Except 13) is available here.
