| District 3, one of the poorest districts of Panem. They specialize in Technology, providing all the cool gadgets and such for the capitol. They're definitely one of the most important districts to the Capitol, providing the building block for being a capitolite: technology. District 3 can be seen as the most farther/distant districts from the capitol, not very closely related to them in any connection at all.
