Brief History:

Sofia has never been the smartest in her family, but she isn't the dumbest either. The order of smartness (in children) would go Horace, Shannon, Sadie or Sofia (they're usually pretty equal) and then Serafina. As long as she doesn't slip below Serafina in intelligence Sofia's parents are happy. Every now and then Sofia will pull a really great mark and her parents will be reasonably proud. Other than this there isn't much to say. Sofia and her family have never had to go without food because they are reasonably well off. Sofia hasn't really faced any hardships either.

Physical Appearance:

Sofia is naturally beautiful. It's not like she'll end up in a modelling career or anything, but she's still seriously pretty. Sofia has very good skin. It is slightly tanned, with absolutely no freckles. Sofia doesn't want any either. Her hair is a lightish brown colour and either wavy or straight. It can't seem to make up it's mind, so it just alterantes on a daily basis. She usually keeps it out or in a ponytail or braid. Sofia has eyes that are usually green, but can appear hazel in darker light. She isn't the tallest girl out there, standing at 5' 5". She is one of the lighter girls, thanks to her naturally slender build. Sofia has a ready smile that reveals her straight and white teeth. Her lips are a darker pink than most naturally.

Personality:

Sofia is a little bit shy, but not too shy. She's mainly shy with people she doesn't really know. Once she knows them she opens up a lot. That's when the real Sofia comes out. She's sweet, bubbly and a bit talkative. Loads of people love her, mainly because she is pretty and nice, which is a pretty rare combinaion. Usually pretty girls are mean and nasty, but not Sofia. Anyway, she does have a tendency to get annoyed at small things. But Sofia hardly ever gets angry. It would ruin her whole 'nice girl' image after all. Sofia is a very good actoress, and she loves being dramatic. Sofia is a pretty smart girl. She's not at the bottom of the class, but she isn't at the top either. She is in the top half of her year though, so that's something. Sofia is quite loyal and persistent. She's a hard worker, but she knows where to stop. Sofia is also a rather impatient person. She hates waiting, and surprises.

Brief History:

Genevieve's history is completely normal. There were no untimely deaths in her family and her parents weren't abusive or drunks. Everything was completely normal and content. They were a traditional family. The dad went to work and earned the money while the mother stayed at home to look after the house and the children. Genevieve's father's job was very stable. He had worked at it for quite a few years, so if they did have to fire people he would be one of the last to go. It also paid quite well. This meant that there was always plenty of food, quite a bit of money saved up and gifts for Genevieve were completely possible. All the family were happy with their lives, and still are. Genevieve also has a job, just so the family can build up savings in case anything happens. She works at a loom, spinning thread into workable pieces. Her master is very strict. He chains everyone to their looms, and only he has a key. At the end of the day he unlocks each shackle.

Physical Appearance:

Genevieve is beautiful. Everyone says it, and she doesn't deny it. Genevieve has long dark glossy hair that falls to the bottom of her shoulder blades. She ususally ties it up when she has to work at a loom. Genevieve has long and nimble fingers that are perfect for her line of work. Genevieve's eyes are a middleish shade of brown and are very clear. Many people describe them a welcoming. Genevieve is quite tall, and she is also quie slender. Her skin is relatively pale, and completely smooth. She has no freckles whatsoever.

Personality:

It is often said that beautiful people have beautiful personalitys. This is entirely true for Genevieve. She is sweet, kind and very loyal to her friends. Her loyalty is her main problem. Genevieve would do practically anything for her friends. She also gets attached to people very quickly. Not the best trait to haave when you're in an Arena where you have to kill everyone to survive. Genevieve is quite intelligent, and very caring. She makes friends easily. People are drawn in by her charisma and charm. Genevieve would never take advantage of this though. It would make her feel incredibly guilty. Genevieve is very truthful. She basically can't lie. The guilt she would feel would force her to tell the truth eventually.

Brief History:

Zalia has a very violent history. Her mother was always kind to her, but her father was another matter. He often got drunk and was abusive. Naturally he only showed his true colours after he and Zalia's mother were married. Anyway, he was very drunk when he came home one night. Zalia was 14 at the time. When her father came home she was curled up on a chair, reading a book. Her father barged into the room. Zalia's mother said one small thing to aggravate him and his hands reached her neck. Zalia's mother was strangled in moments, Zalia's father was very strong. Zalia watched her poor, kind mother die and felt an overwhelming surge of rage and grief. She lept out of her chair and ashed her father against the stone wall. He hit his head and died of internal bleeding. The neighbours had heard the screaming of Zalia and her mother and had come to investigate. They saw Zalia sobbing in the middle of the room and her dead parents on the floor. They blamed the father for the murder of Zalia's mother and of himself. No one had the heart to blame Zalia. She insisted to live alone. She wouldn't live with anyone else. So the Peacekeepers let her live alone. She received money for clothes and food etc. and they made sure she had neighbours on both sides. That way if she ever needed help there were people around. Zalia has lived alone ever since.

Physical Appearance:

Zalia is tall and lean. She has thin, wiry muscles that are surprisingly strong. Her eyes are a steely blue/grey. They are as cold, hard and as flat as stones. Hardly any emotion ever flickers in them. Zalia's hair is primarily blonde. It has brown streaks throughout it. Zalia usually keeps it out. She can't be bothered to do much more. When training Zalia obviously has to tie it up. Her eyebrows are the same colour as the brown streaks in her hair. Zalia has very black eyelashes that suit her eyes perfectly. Her lips are light pink and are fairly even, although her bottom lip is a bit fuller than her upper lip. Zalia has a flat somach and a slightly fuller than average chest. Her whole body is slender.

Personality:

Zalia can come off as rough and a little viscious. She's definitely not the sweetest person out there. She isn't afraid to say what she thinks, especially if it's nasty. Her past haunts her. To cope with it she shuts everyone out. Zalia has very successfully built up a tough exterior. Nothing hurts her anymore. She can easily show no emotion. Zalia has gone from being a bright and happy girl to being a cold, hard person. Zalia has few friends; most of the ones she used to have separated from her when she changed. Only a rare few people have pierced her shell. Zalia has a very good mind. She is very smart. Once people see this they change their opinion on Zalia. Instead of cold and hard Zalia is upgraded to being cold and calculating. Most people who have a hard outer shell are nicer underneath. Not Zalia. She has completely changed. What she looks like is who she is.

There's not much to say about Echo's history, not much at all. It's the stereotypical District 1 life. She had two loving parents who never fought. They always pampered and spoiled her since she's their only child. She was always and still is very popular. Everything except her grades is perfect for Echo. She loves her life too. Some people would be bored with it, but Echo likes the comfort. She's not very fond of going out of her comfort zone. But since she's so adaptable it's not very hard for her to go out of her comfort zone. Anyway, Echo's life has been perfect and she intends to keep it that way.

Physical Appearance:

Echo is a very pretty girl, and she knows it. She is fairly tall, with long legs. She has learnt to strut around very elegantly by now, so she does that most of the time. Her arms are also rather long. Echo is very slender. She would probably be described as 'willowy'. Her skin is fairly light, but it has a slight tan. It's pretty clear as well. Echo would never be seen with any sort of blemish, she'd rather die. Echo has a pretty face, but it's not really extraordinary in any way. She has dark brown eyes that are of average size and shape. They aren't too dark that you can't see the pupils though. She has a pretty nose, slightly on the smaller side and a nice mouth. Her lips are a light pink naturally. Echo's teeth are white and straight. Her hair is mainly a dark brown, although there are some lighter streaks in it, in some lights. It is pretty wavy and tumbles all the way down to her hips.

Brief History:

Ariana and Hudson used to have a perfectly content life. Nothing was ever wrong, and Brian (their father) had a job that payed reasonably well. Ariana thought that this happy life would go on forever. She wanted it to, everything was just right. Her parents never fought, and she was pampered all the time. But her life did not stay like this. One day, Brian was in an accident at work. He, along with 5 other men, were killed. The family was destroyed by this. Juliana would not stop sobbing and Ariana just felt alone. It seemed like things would never get better. But then Julianna met Harry. She fell deeply in love and soon enough Ariana and Hudson were dragged into a new family. There were already four daughters there, but the two outsiders fit in okay.

Physical Appearance:

Ariana's pretty average looking. She has lightish brown hair that falls to the middle of her ribs. She used to have a fringe, that's now grown into a side fringe. Usually she tucks it behind her ear or clips it back. Ariana also has brown eyes, but a darker brown than her hair. It's still not insanely dark though. Ariana's around average height for her age, she's 5'1". This is actually taller than her step-sister Kara, so Ariana's very proud of herself. Ariana is a pretty thin little girl. Not stick thin, but closeish. Ariana has pale skin with no freckles. She doesn't like to let her skin out in the sun, so that's why it's pale and freckleless. Ariana has a sweet face. Her bottom lip is pretty full, perfect for pouting.

Personality:

Ariana's the little girl of her family. She's sweet and childish and loves to have fun. She's also got her parents wrapped around her finger. Ariana can get anything she wants out of them. But that doesn't mean she's devious. She just knows how to get what she wants, she's not deceptive by nature. She is a daddy's girl, and a mummy's girl. Ariana is a very good lier, but she doesn't use it much. Really she only uses it to get out of trouble. Ariana doesn't take many things serious. She's always laughing and she's a big chatterbox. She can be a bit annoying sometimes though, since she's so loud and energetic. And Ariana herself gets annoyed at small things. Mainly if her siblings are being grouchy and grumpy. It kills all the fun.

Brief History:

The Vail family lives with the Lemmings on the family horse ranch. They make quite a bit of money out of the horses and their ancestors were also rich. As well as this Aria and her siblings have mantained a healthy relationship with two of their cousins, Fleur and Robbie. The horses they breed are probably the best in District 10 and are often sold to people in the Capitol for large amounts of money. So Aria's life has been very easy. She does have to help out on the ranch though. It's a small price to pay for comfort and riches.

Physical Appearance:

Aria is of average height. She is slightly taller than most girls her age though. But she isn't tall enough to get out of the average zone. Aria is lightweight and slender. She has generous curves that she is quite proud of. Even though she is of average height Aria is not of average beauty. She is quite beautiful. Her eyes are a warm brown and they are framed by very long pitch black eyelashes. Since they are so long these eyelashes make any movement that includes them look flirtascious. Aria often works this to her advantage. Aria has naturally pink lips that people often compare to pink roses. She has high well-structured cheekbones and practiacally perfect teeth. Her nose is of average size. Aria's hair is quite straight. The most it curls to is wavy. This straght hair is a pretty chestnut brown that matches the shade of her eyebrows exactely. Aria's eyebrows are on the thinner side and arch gently. Her skin is a light golden-tan color and usually flawless. It is Aria's main vanity so she tries to keep it looking perfect.

Personality:

Aria is often called a beautiful person with a beautiul personality, and she wants this rep to stay. Aria is a care=free fu-loving girl. She hates being bored and loves exercise. So basically you will never find her just sitting around doing nothing. Aria seems to have an endless supply of energy and likes to use it. Aria makes friends very easily. She also gets boys very easily. Aria hates disappointing people or making them sad. She tries to be happy all the time for other people's sake. Naturally it is impossible for someoe to be happy every moment of every day. Aria just hides all her negative feelings. She locks them away and only ebraces them when she is on her own. When something gets too difficult Aria's natural instinct is to flee. She really doesn't like conflict or fights and will usually try and resolve them. If she sees that nothing she can do will help Aria just walks away. Luckily she manages to solve conflicts most of the time. Aria is a very competitive person. She absolutely detests losing and will not stop at somethig until she wins. Luckily Aria is quite good at most things so not many people see her nastier sde. As well as being competitve Aria is also quite intelligent. She isn't top of the class, but she's up there. When Aria sets her mind to something she will not change it. She just doesn't go back on her word. This gives her supreme loyalty to her friends. She always listens to thjeir problems and would never ever betray them.

Karma is one of the more toned down members of the Capitol. This is why she has only altered her hair and not even all of it. Karma is pretty confident around people. She isn't shy and doesn't have any problems getting her point across. Most people find Karma generally pleasant. This is because if she sees someone she knows will annoy or anger her she steers clear of them. So most people haven't seen her angry or annoyed. And Karma would like to keep it that way. She doesn't like things spiraling out of control so Karma likes to be in charge. She can accept when she's not though. Karma often sponsors at least one tribute each year.

How They Won the Games:
Basically Marigold hid the entire Games. Most of the other tributes only saw her at the Cornucopia. Her arena was a giant forest. Since she was from 11 Marigold was great with trees. She hid up in them for the entire time, moving around so people wouldn't find her. And they didn't. The Careers had their final battle among each other even though Marigold was still alive. They had completely forgotten about her. Marigold used her sword to kill the surviving of the battle (the district 2 boy). It was actually quite easy.

History:
Marigold's mother and father died when she was very young, only a few weeks old. Marigold was an only child so she was a very lonely orphan. Until she was adopted that is. Marigold's adoptive parents were very kind and caring. Plus, they had already adopted three other children so Marigold was never lonely. Her adoptive parents also had more money than most so she was never on the verge of starving to death. All her adoptive family was very upset when Marigold was picked at the reaping. They honestly thought she wouldn't come back. After she did they all moved into the Victor's village house with her. All of Marigold's adoptive siblings are married now and, with the help of Marigold, have good houses. It's the same for her parents. Marigold herself resides in a Victor's Village house with her living husband Daniel.

Appearance:
Marigold is a stereotypical District 11 girl. She has dark skin and brown eyes. Her eyes are a bit lighter in color than most, but it's not terribly noticeable. Her hair is also very dark, it's pitch black in fact. It is quite silky and falls to the bottom of her shoulder blades. Her eyebrows are not black. Instead they are a dark brown. Marigold's lips are pretty close to skin color. But they are obviously much more pink. Marigold is of average height and weight. Unlike some victors Marigold has not let her body fall into disrepair. She is still very fit and her muscles are quite toned.

Personality:
Being a tribute in the Hunger Games has hardened Marigold. She used to be much more gullible. Now true trust from her is quite hard to obtain. Only her adoptive family, husband and a couple of close friends are trusted wholly. Marigold also used to be insanely positive. Now she is basically just average. One thing that hasn't changed is her caring attitude towards her friends. Whenever they have a problem Marigold is the first person they think of. Marigold is fine with this. She lives making people feel better. Marigold is a relatively serious person. Having to go into the arena to fight for your death makes you harden.

Flaw:
Marigold judges people too quickly and won't change her mind about them unless they do something radical.

Viena is a average looking person when it comes to prettiness. She does tend to stand out a bit though. This is because Viena's hair is a rainbow of colours. It is fairly long and is dead straight. Other than her hair Viena doesn't really stand out. She has light pink lips that are often open in a smile. This shows that she has dimples. Viena's skin is definitely on the lighter side. When it comes to weight and height Viena is purely average. She has dark brown eyes and often wears blue eyeshadow.

Aurora is quite pretty and petite. She is on the taller side of the height scale and is fairly light. Her eyes are a comforting warm brown and are framed by long black lashes. Her hair has been dyed a unusual shade of red (red velvet cupcake). It is pretty long, falling to the bottom of her ribs. It curls slightly, but not enough to be called curly. But it is too curly to be called wavy. Aurora's favourite accessory is her bright red lipstick. She will always have it on. Her skin is very light, but not exactely pale. She has slight dimples when she smiles.
