The trainer is prepared for the kick and Barrel Rolls over it in the air, she continues with a spinning kick on the landing towards the tribute's ribcage.

The kick hits Rhea's ribcage, sending a pain up her side. Rhea grabs the trainers leg and uses the momentum to try and throw her off balance.

The trainer pulls her foot downwards, hoping to overpower the tribute.

Rhea plants her feet into the mat holding her ground as best she can. When she felt like she no longer could hold the trainer's foot in place she tried pushing hoping to separate herself from the other person.

The Trainer uses the tribute's push as momentum and rolls backwards to her feet. "Come on, you'll have to be better than this in the arena!" she tells the tribute.

"I'm just getting started." Rhea ran forward bring her arm back at the same time and readied her fist. She faked out going for an uppercut but then aimed for the gut.

The trainer went into a turtle position to block the attacks and swung two blows towards the tribute, one to her stomach and one to her knee.

Rhea went to block the hit to her stomach, but in doing so she had to take the hit to the knee. Her knee buckled, and she fell a little. She pushed herself into a crouching position. She kicked up aiming for the trainer's knee.

The trainer evades the kick by leaning back and grabs the tribute's leg, she pushes the leg over, attempting to flip the tribute.

Rhea feels herself get flipped over and hits the mat face first. She rolls sideways and pushes herself up so that she is standing. She readies herself for an attack.

The trainer starts by a sweeping attack with her arm, then bringing it back for an elbow to the side of the face, and finally, spinning, a punch to the chest with her other arm.

Rhea was able to dodge the first to attacks but was hit with the punch the chest. She swung her elbow up while the trainer was close enough so that it would hit her square in the jaw.

the trainer takes the blow to the jaw and falls on her back. she quickly flips back on to her feet and punches at the tribute's ribcage.

Rhea pushes the trainers hand out of the way and goes for an uppercut in the chest.

The trainer chops down on the tribute's arm and responds with a punch to the forehead.

Rhea's head snapped back a bit for the impact of the fist to her forehead. Her first instinct was to pull her hands over her face. Geez that hurt. She shook her head, trying to get herself together and staggered a bit before standing straight. she blinked a few times before lifting her arms once more. She ran towards the trainer, fist pulled back and aiming for her face.

The trainer waits for a second, and then returns the charge and runs towards the tribute. She quickly ducks under the punch and bodyslams the tribute's legs and lower torso out from under them.

Rhea felt her body being lifted off the ground and soon she was lying on her back. She breathed heavily trying to catch her breath. Get up, she yelled to herself. She tried pushing herself up, but just laid there looking at the ceiling. She was done, she waited for the finishing blow.

The trainer walks up to the tribute and taps her with her foot. "you all right?" she asks, offering her hand.

Rhea grabbed the trainers hand and hoisted herself up. "Thanks, I will be good. What good is training if I don't get beat up a little bit."She decided she would take a break from this station, maybe go to the agility course and run some.

I see Rhea walking away from a trainer. I look at the trainer and thinks. Maybe she could try too? "Hey you mind if I try?"

Snow stats still for a moment before explosively throwing a fake shot to the head. I snap it back then do a rib shot. Then I sweep my leg under her.

The trainer sidesteps both punches and quickly dives over the leg being swept at her. She gets up from the dive and sends a punch towards the girl's ribs

I middle block the punch. I throw a Crescent Kick at her jaw then do a One Knuckle Punch to the solar plexus. I land in a left stance with my guard up.
