Great character, but he still needs some work done.

Brief History, Physical Appearance, and Personality need at least four sentences each. Who/ what does his sister teach? Why does his mother stay home, is it because she can't get a job, or simply doesn't need to work? Did Daniel get caught, or almost caught, while hunting outside District boundries? How did he get his dog? These things can help you extend the Brief History.
For Physical Appearance, you might want to try taking out all of the 'and''s, like this:
Daniel is about 5' 11'' and is built strong. He has broad shoulders, with tanned skin. Daniel's hair is shaggy, and brown. He doesn't like his mother to cut it, so he cuts it himself. His eyes are dark brown. Daniel's shoe size is twelve, and he has big, ruff hands that are good for hard work.
For Personality, why is he nice and kind to everyone? Was it the way he was brought up, or was it from some tragic accident in his past? Does he speak his mind because of something someone said to him? Does Daniel become mad easy, or does he chill with most things? Does he tend to do stupid stuff, or laugh when others do stupid things?

I see where your going with this character, and he looks good. So, just and some sentances to Brief History, Appearance, and Personality and then me, or another mod/admin will accept him!!

Daniel likes to go out and hunt mostly with his dog Joe (that he found around woods one day) they have never been even close to being caught most likely because the town peacekeepers are his biggest customers. Daniel is about 5' 11'' and is built strong. He has broad shoulders, with tanned skin. Daniel's hair is shaggy, and brown. His eyes are dark brown. Daniel's shoe size is twelve, and he has big, ruff hands that are good for labor around town. Daniel is very kind and nice to everyone mostly because he was raised that way by his parents. He likes going around in his spare time on the weekends seeing if anyone needs some help (that he will gladly do for free) Daniels family makes a decent amount of money with him selling his meats, his mom selling produce, and the money Britney and his dad make working. Daniel loves hunting with his bow and even crafting his own some times. If He ever got selected as a tribute (which he hopes he never will ) his strategy would to be kind and honest to people but not kind enough to wear he would be weak. Daniel would also never take cheap shots at tributes, trick others, or kill other tributes that helped him out. Daniels only flaw would be that he could be to nice and trusting of people sometimes.
