When and where are they going to be held?

Today or tomorrow, Reapings will be held at the justice buildings.

Also, can and how do we VOLENTEER?

Well, I've never been in a hunger games here, but I've read past reapings. Once the tributes have been posted, than you can reply with your character volenteering themselves. Here is an example of volenteering.

Is there any specific time today or tommrow? Because I might be away.

And what I'd that person doesnt want you to volenteer for them?

And, for your first question all that we are doing is posting the reapings. The actual Hunger Games where the tributes fight doesn't start today or tomarrow. All that we're doing is posting the reapings, at least, thats what is probably going to happen.

Well based on what I read from past hunger games on here, is, if you want to volunteer then you ask the person who has a character reaped in that district if they agree to it then you basically write in at the reaping that your character is volunteering. If the person says no then don't volunteer for them. Simple as that.
