|  Name: Scarlett Willings Age/Birthday: 15/February 13thGender: FemaleDistrict: 9Family: Scarlett’s father is named Thorn. He works in the fields and makes most of the money for the family. Her mom, Rose is a seamstress and works at home. She has a small room in the front of the house which is like her shop. Scarlett has a brother, who is very sick. He’s only half a week old and weighs 4 pounds. Thorn has a brother named Halo, who is the father of Miri. Miri is Scarlett’s best friend and cousin. They are very close.
Brief History:Scarlett usually goes out to explore with Miri during the day, while her father works in the fields, and her mother stays home. Thorn makes most of the money for the family even though Rose does contribute by sewing and repairing clothes. Soon Rose became pregnant with two twin boys. Everyone was very happy until Rose got a terrible fever and had to stop working and stay in bed all day. When it came time to give birth to the babies, they came out small and weak. Only one survived, still sick and fragile. Rose is getting better, still weak, and Scarlett is taking care of the baby, with the help of Miri.
Physical Appearance: Scarlett is at an average 5’7 height, and weighs about 120 pounds. She’s fairly thin, with an athletic build. Scarlett has short, naturally curly hair, that looks light gold in the sun. It is usually kept down, too short to put in a braid or ponytail. She has dark, piercing brown eyes, that have a surprising softness to them. Her skin isn’t too pale and is more like a cream color. Scarlett is considered very attractive with her tall athletic body, and fresh, feminine looks. Personality: If you are on her good side, as most people are, Scarlett lets you enjoy her friendly, loyal personality. As most girls, Scarlett loves to be with friends; she is chatty and bubbly but also understands people's feelings. She is a great listener and can have very compassionate conversations, if she trusts you. Scarlett is very loyal to her friends, but she hates a liar and doesn’t like to be betrayed. She speaks her opinions and if you get on her bad side, she will get revenge. Flaw:Scarlett can be caring and truthful, but sometimes she can be a little too trusting. It’s hard for Scarlett to tell if someone is her friend or not. Although she is very athletic and strong, Scarlett has weak joints and has already broken one ankle twice.
Pets: Scarlett has one black cat named Angel. He is very sneaky and follows Scarlett almost everywhere. Most of the peace keepers hate him because he steals food from people but is very hard to catch. He likes to play with Flutter, who always seems to fly just out of his reach.  Rich or Poor?: Scarlett and her family are wealthy enough to get food on the table and have almost everything they need. A little higher than middle class but not quite rich. Weapon of Choice: Scarlett is best with the bow and arrow because she can focus easily, and shoots with precision.Talents: Scarlett is very sneaky and can have very light footsteps when needed.
