Spencer noticed the cameras on him. He did not care if they were watching. Patience was a firtue for him. He did not care if people were watching and he did not care if the game makers were getting impatient he had all the time he needed/wanted to relax and take a breather. Spencer then looked up at the sky and continued to watch the clouds roll by.

"Wow somebody's angry." Spencer puffed as he flew inside the house. He banged on the door to let him out calling out Lacey's name. "Help! I'm stuck in here! Lacey!!!" Nothing. Spencer then turned around and sat on the floor behind the door. "Could i at least have some light?!" He yelled at the house hoping it would respond. "I would move forward if i had some light! And maybe something to fix my wounds?" Spencer waited for a response he was probably never gonna get.

Spencer heard and saw the tributes. "Please. He said I'm not here to fight anyone. We have a problem though if you come this way there is not a way out. The door has been locked. And my guess is we can't go that way either. Please like i said before i'm not here to fight." Spencer really was hoping the tributes were listening to what he was saying. "Look i was out side then a strong wind came and i was thrown in here." The thing Spencer needed most right now were some allies and lacey. He was weak but, a strong loyal fighter and ally.

Dane walked foward, slowly and lightly on the balls of his feet as if he was trying to run from a predator. Him and his companion could be in huge trouble if they weren't careful and this could be one of those moments. But then a click behind him and in front of him echoed after a slight creak and the door closed to the tunnel of love. He turned, leaving himself a little vulnerable as he pushed back against the door, confirming the suspicion that had come after that sound. They were locked in and there was no way out. Not without some work at least. The GM could clearly lock it, this was a sign. Fight and the Victor leaves or stay and starve to death.

Dane glanced back at Luna, whom he had yet to get her name yet. But names weren't really important you see, it was mainly just the fact that she was a female ready to be charmed that he cared about. Plus nicknames were always more Dane's style anyways. "What do you think Doll face? If we want to get home I think we have to get through him first." He faced forwards again. Was this really how it was now? Was he really going to be the one to start this? Well...at the end of the day this was the Hunger Games and you only won and went home when everyone else was dead. Not until that moment were you going to be free, or until your own death that is.

Dane shuffled forward towards the boy, hoping that his sacrifice would be enough to please the audience, that it wouldn't come down to him and Luna just yet. He liked the comfort of having her around and it felt reminiscent of home, at least the chance to speak to another person that is. "I'm sorry man, this can't be personal. If we were back in District 10 when I crossed paths with you then this would turn out differently. We'd be able to hang and become friends. But for now I want to get home." Dane swung almost blindly as if he wanted to pretend it was just a tree he was aiming towards. He hoped it was quick like the sick cows on the farms and the horses that couldn't pull their weight anymore. He became invigorated with a new energy, one of wanting to go home not of questioning his mortality and chances. He had come this far....now it was time to try and finish it.

Dane felt a thud against his arm, sending ripples up it as the impact push against his limb. Thud. The sickening sound that accompanied the pressure against his arm was familiar to his life back home on the ranches he worked on. The sound he really hated to hear. Then another thud followed right after his. Dane peeked his eye open a little to see Luna standing near him with her eyes shut tightly just like his had been only seconds earlier. It was good to see that neither of them enjoyed what just happened, they both still retained their humanity at least.

Dane stepped back, his arm falling loosely and his hand instinctively dropping the hand axe, clattering as it hit against the hard wood floor beneath him. He could see the boy crumple downwards swinging something towards him, to which Dane just kept his shield up still to try and block but he did so almost without realizing exactly what he was doing. Had he done that? Was the blood spilled on the ground and sitting along the bladed end of his axe really put there by his actions? Dane knew it wasn't just him who had launched against the competition but he did make the move first. This kid didn't even try to make a move at him until after Dane's instinct had taken over. He could feel his eye twitch a little and then the shield dropped, once the boy was sufficiently dead and the cannon boomed. The boy had even spoke, mumbled something in his dying moments but Dane hadn't even heard a single word he said....only the echoing sound of the blood rushing through him due to adrenaline filled his ears. Was this how Derald felt? Was this how every Victor felt? Hollow and numb; full of regret and adrenaline?

Dane wanted to fall to his knees, to sob and apologize and break down. But he bit his lip and swallowed the huge knot that had built in his throat. His fists clenched around the pair of pants he had been put into the first day of the games,  pulling against his legs and reminding him again of the box that had still remained in his pocket since the beginning. Dane wished for the comforts of home and for the first time since he was a small child he longed for the warm embrace of his mother who could always make him feel better. It had been so long since he had thought about her, but I guess facing morality and mortality can do that to you.

Dane stood there, waiting now. Waiting for what he wasn't 100% sure. To move forward? Maybe. To die? Who knew. All he could do was wait as his mind flooded with thoughts that he could hardly organize together. Had he done that? What would this mean? What had happened to him? And was it enough? He hoped it was...he hoped he wouldn't have to turn to Luna with a weapon in hand.

Click. Dane never thought he'd be so happy to hear the sound of unlocking. Their borrowed time was extended jujust briefly and now it was leading them someplace new. Someplace higher as the stairs that were now revealed would suggest. Dane really wanted to do nothing more then rest really, but not here. Although his body craved the act of sitting he couldn't bring himself to stay there any longer. Surely there had to be someplace where they were heading that would give them some peace. At least some peace to just sit down for a moment without absolute fear of a mutt or another more dedeadly tribute.

There was silence in that room, except the sound of a dull laughter that seemed to play like the backing track on a movie, taunting him. The mirrors surrounded them, but Dane refused to look up for fear of catching the eye of his victim that still seemed to be standing from the quick glance he took...or even worse of seeing himself. He could feel the gaze on him, making him uncomfortable, and normally he liked all eyes on him. But right now this didn't feel right.

"I guess we move forward. It's the only option it seems." Dane quietly mused, trying to keep some of his normally chipper tone in his speaking voice but failing at hiding his guilt. He looked down one last time and spied a few items on the boy like what looked like a plastic sword, an inflatable corn dog similar to the one Andrew had and a supply cup that seemed empty as Dane lifted it up. He grabbed the corn dog in honor of his fallen friend and the cup. "Who knows...we may need these later," He said as if trying to justify the looting he was doing. At the end of the day they needed things and if they didn't take it someone else may come by and use it, possibly against them. At least, that's what he told his conscious after what he had just done.

The boy moved forward, going up the stairs and to the next new adventure that waited for them in this twisted version of amusement. He reached out a hand to Luna, as if inviting her to join him, to get out of this hell room they were in. "Hey you wanna get out of here?" Dane flashed a grin, teeth gleaming as his lips spread out wide. He tried to break the tension of the situation around them with his udual antics but this wasn't one he was a hundred percent he would be able to diffuse.
