I Walk Alone...

A single beam of light shined through the window on the bed of a sleeping young man. However, the dog on the ground opened hidls eyes immediately to the light and pounced on the bed, licking William's face and he jerked up, lightly pushing Hound's face away. Will looked outside and shook his head."Couldn't give me more time to sleep?" He sighed and turned on his side, staring at the wall. Je had another dream about the Reapings...when Xav went away to die. Not wanting to revisit that dream, he got up and stretched, yawning. He put on a shirt on jeans from his closet and grabbed a jacket as well. He looked at at a bottle on his bedside table, grimaced and grabbed it, stuffing it in a hidden corner in the closet with the others. And with that, he was ready to go.

He walked out of the house, Hound following. Will put his his hands in his pockets and watched as his dog bounded off. Will smiled slightly, wondering what he was up to. Then when he turned back to lool where he was going, he bumped into someone and then stumbled back a bit before looking up. "Sorry...should've been more careful."

Delilah had been walking around and she had been carrying her books, walking between home and getting more books from the library, she loved to read and obtain as much knowledge as she could but while she was out walking she had been stuck in her day dreams, and she hadn't really paid much attention and that was when someone bumped into her and she fell and so did her books. She sighed a bit and then heard an apology from someone, she looked up and was shocked at who it was. "Oh, uh, no no, it wasn't your fault, it was mine I'm so sorry I wasn't watching where I was going and I was just so caught up-" She cut herself off shaking her head and mumbling stupid to herself. She picked up her books and stood up.

Will smiled slightly as the girl rambled on and watched as she stood up, shaking his head. Hey, don't worry about it. You don't have to take all the blame." He put out a hand, his smile growing slightly.  "William Taves. But, my friends call me Will. Well, used to anyway..." He got a pained look in his eye for a split second, but it went away right after.

Will raised an eyebrow when she said she would take the blame and shook his head. "Alright...just trying to be polite..." He kept smiling, though it went away a bit as he watched her ball her fists slightly which made him a bit curious. Then she introduced her name as Delilah. He looked up, smiling a bit more and then looked back down at the girl. "I can't believe I didn't recognize you, I'm sorry...a little too familiar with it happening to myself." He listened as she said that she should go and his smile began to diminish again. "Oh, um...alright..." Will looked away, a little angry with himself for not knowing who she was.
