Meeting The Neighbors

Talon was a new addition to this side of the city, he had only been living in his house for a few months. He decided to go for a walk down the street to meet his new neighbors. The sun was shining today, and it was extremely hot today. Talon had his shirt tied around his waste, and his skin was glowing in the sun.

August stepped out of his small comfy house, and held the door for a younger man in a tux left in a hurry looking over his shoulder nad smiling at Auggy. "See you next time Victor!!" Auggy called out, his mismatched eyes tracing his body as it grew smaller in the distance. He had a lot of stuff to mark down on paper before the story slipped his mind. He turned, and stuffed his hands into his red pants and landed his eyes on a shirtless guy. He smiled, he wasn't really his type but he might actually have some good stories. "Oh hey! did you just move in? I haven't seen you anywhere near here before... Or are you looking for something else?" He said rolling his shoulders and puffing out his chest at the same time.

Talon watched the people going about their business. Entering and exiting their houses, working in their gardens. He was lost in his thoughts until someone started talking to him. It was a man from the house he was standing in front of. "Yeah, im new. I live in the house three down from here." He replied. "What else is there to do around here?" He asked.

"That depends, whats your style? there's chess club two doors down that way" Auggy points behind him with his thumb "and then across the steet, they give you tattoos for a price..." Auggy finished with one of those looks. he stepped down off the last step of his porch and moved closer to the man, "and if you are in the mood for something... less innocent... You have an escort business right next door to my house," Auggy said placing his shoulder against the post of the over head canope. "They also deal in your hard core drugs and alterations... However I run a journalism business" Auggy said deciding that he might be worth the baiting for a story. He looked the man up once more and smiled when he made eye contact, "I'm August, Auggy for short..."

Talon was a little surprised, he didnt think that these kinds of businesses would be in this kind of neighborhood, let alone so openly. "Well that is quite the variety of activities." He replied. "My name is Talon, Capitol Sponsor." He added introducing himself. "What do you write about as a journalist, must be lots of good stories, especially in this neighborhood."

"Well that's the only reason I know about these activities. Because they are almost invisible to those like us. I delve in the arts of secrets, and if you have anything I can use, I'd love to have them... I mean usually I run a side business on my own but need no money for it. I'm rich by inheritance, and It's nice to meet you Talon..." Auggy said smirking a little bit. He sighed and thought of all the people who had paid his services with their secrets... He couldn't for the life of him remember how he got into the escort business, but he loved it no matter what. Not a day went by that he was alone in his giant bed or that he didnt have a story to write.

Talon listened as Auggy explained his job, it seemed that he was like the gossip king of the neighborhood. "Would you like to get some coffee with me?" He blurted out. Talon was taken aback himself by his out burst. He had never done anything like that before.

Auggy made a small smile of contempt and then an expert look of surprise with an open smile. God he loved micro expressions and how they could manipulate a converstation. "Sure thing! who's buying? I'm just kidding, you are new here, I've got the bill!" Auggy said as he walked past Talon in the direction of the B&B. "They have some great coffee at this one place I know, it's pretty fun there too..." Auggy said with another smile. He laced his fingers together and stretched them over his head, his bright colored V neck lifting to show a floral design on the right side that disappeared up his back. "Are you ready? What's your favoite drink?"
