A Bad Mood (Open)

Dustin was in a bad mood as he walked through his home district. He had just fought a kid and now everyone was just aggravating him. Some guy was offering people food and the way he was so...demanding for people to buy his food ticked Dustin off. So, he went and kicked the guy in the shin when he fell down, he kicked the guy some more. This sent Dustin on a kicking spree. There was some old guy walking down the street. He kicked him. There was a cat in the street. He kicked it. Then, he came across a small, cute little puppy. He picked it up, smiling...and punted it. Naturally, none of the Peacekeepers saw any of this because they none of them were around. Security really needed to step it up.
