The dragon gave Frank a snide look and continued to eat the fish. It was unclear where the food went, since the dragon has no visible stomach, but the food disappears and the dragon grows. Suddenly, it erupts into an adult dragon! Your dragon has grown up. It has now learned how to cast a temporary blinding night over a specific area!

Frank backed up as his dragon grew much larger. It was huge! This was definitely an adult stage, or at least matured. He walked up to the dragon's face and rubbed his chin, "They grow up so fast" he said, smiling. "It's... it's like just last night you were born" he added, which, of course was true. It was an easy use of the words though, they weren't generally used literally. He looked over at the castle, and then back to the dragon. "Can you fly now, or is that still a stretch?" he asked, glancing at the large wings his dragon now carried and figuring he already knew the answer.

The dragon looked at Frank like 'are you kidding me?' and flapped its wings.

Frank sighed at the dragon's reaction, it was a snappy one. "That's what I thought" he said, crossing his arms. Alright then, Frank walked up to the dragon's torso and grabbed on to what few scales were present to pull himself up, "I hope you don't mind a passenger buddy, lets see what you can do!" he said, patting the dragon as he sat himself down, and got as comfortable as one could be, given the circumstance. He could easily see the castle from atop the Dragon's back, drawing his sword, he pointed to it, "Lets go see who's in that castle" like a command, but he didn't really feel any authority over the dragon, it was probably more of a team thing, just he had somewhere to go right now and the dragon hadn't made any action to indicate it wanted to go elsewhere.

The dragon rolls its nonexistant eyes and takes off towards the castle. In the air, a parachute comes down with bread for Frank.

Frank smiled as they took off, this would be a new experience. As they neared the castle, a parachute landed in front of him on his dragon's back. He grabbed the parachute opened the box, taking out the bread and tossing the box away. He quickly wrapped the bread in the parachute and tied it around his waist to keep it sturdy. He was very close to the castle now and spotted some figures in a courtyard. "There!" he shouted, pointing at the figures with his sword. "If you have any secret stuff you can do to help out my chances for beating those guys, now would be an absolutely top time to show them off!" he shouted, preparing to descend towards the figures.

Frank has left the Meadow Cliff

The dragon scoffed at him and darkened the area below. Frank was flown where he wanted to go.

As Frank flew away from the Castle, another dragon flew by and seemed to heal him. He waved to the strange dragon in thanks as it flew away, wondering if he had a secret ally or it was just by chance. He patted his own dragon, "Nice work out there bud" he said, thinking about the lack of a name, he looked over to the Dragon's head, "You wouldn't perchance have a name, or want one?" he asked, curious. Sheathing his sword, he let his dragon roam around the mountain air while they recuperated, he seemed to enjoy flying like this.

The Dragon seems to want a name. The soulpeace winks and flies away.

Frank thought for a second, "Well, how about..." he paused, unsure of what to call his Dragon. "I dunno, do you want to be Thanatos?" he said, great reference, supposedly. He looked down on the castle as they flew over and could no longer see the District Four tributes, they must have left to come after him or find the other careers. "Anyways, lets go down and hover near some of the trees for a second." he said, pointing at the trees around the mountain in their forest. He wanted to get some sticks.

The dragon likes being named after a god of death from some ancient civilization before Panem and does what Frank asks, flying over the forest.

Frank reached out to the nearest tree and broke off five large branches. He got back to Thanatos' back and set the branches across his knees. He untied his parachute of bread and bundled up the branches, tying the parachute back around them and holding it under his arm. "Alright, lets go back to the meadow Thanatos, I've got some preparing to do" he said, now planning to be better equipped for his next fight.

Thanatos follows his instructions. He really wants to eat the parachute. It seems to look rather delicious to him.

Frank waited for Thanatos to land in the meadow and got off, he untied the parachute and set down the branches, then took the bread out and put it in the sack with his apples, he was going to discard of the parachute or use it to tie the branches back up, but Thanatos seemed interested in it. "What, you want it?" he asked. The dragon seemed to be very curious, so he tossed the parachute on the ground in front of him, "You can have it, I'll find another way to keep the branches together" he said. Now he needed to make a rope out of something, but that wouldn't be too hard if he could weave some more grass together. It wasn't like he needed anything too strong. He sat down with the branches and took out his sword, then began to sharpen the end of the first branch. He wanted some ranged weapons, and he knew just where to keep them so he wouldn't have to carry them around.

Thanatos perks up his head, as he doesn't have ears, gives Frank the happiest, most adorable look ever, and rubs his skeletal snout in the parachute like it's catnip to a cat. He wears like a hat, so a piece of it hangs down in front of his face, which he licks profusely like Rainy's cat with cellophane.He flies over where Frank asks.

Frank kept sharpening the branches until all five had a sharp end. He set them down in a row, admiring his work. "Alright, now we just need a way to attach them to you so they don't fall off or stab you" he said, glancing at Thanatos. Maybe he could tie them with a grass rope around one of his exposed bones, but Frank wasn't sure whether he'd be okay with that or not. He wanted the spears for throwing at other tributes while still riding Thanatos, but he couldn't carry them with him.

There was little meat on Thanatos' bones to be stabbed.

Frank walked over to the tall grass and ripped a bunch more out, he sat down in the grass and began weaving it into a rope as best as he could. It needed to be strong enough to stay together and tight, that was all. "We're going to have a lot more firepower from a distance once we get these throwing spears on your back" he said to Thanatos as he continued weaving the rope. he wondered where the two district four tributes had gone, he wanted another shot at them.

Frank can only hold two weapons at a time, and while the throwing spears are thin and can be held as one, that combined with the sword and the shield is too much for him.

Frank realized that Thanatos wouldn't be able to carry the spears safely. He sighed, knowing he couldn't leave the spears here, someone might find them and he didn't want to give another tribute free weapons. He walked over to the edge of the cliff, annoyed he hadn't realized before he put the effort into making the spears, and tossed the bundle off the cliff.

The spears seem to make a sound hitting a surface much sooner than they should, and when Frank goes to look, he sees a ledge that he didn't notice before, maybe a few feet down. It seems to lead into a tunnel in the side of the mountain.

Frank peered down at the lower ledge, there was some sort of tunnel there, he couldn't tell how big it was from this angle. He judged the distance to the ledge, it was a few feet, he could jump down there safely if he wanted to, and climb back up here fairly easily too. "Well, I scaled the cliff, so this is nothing" he said to himself and Thanatos. The sudden realization came upon him that this tunnel might be how the District Four's escaped, if they found a tunnel out of the Castle. He cautiously dropped down to the ledge, kicking the sticks off of it and down off the mountain. He turned and drew his sword, to see how big the entrance to the tunnel was.

The entrance was large enough for both Frank and Thanatos, and it doesn't seem like anybody's been in it for a while. Meanwhile, a sponsor package drops down for Frank- a large medicine kit for healing.

Frank shrugged and shouted to Thanatos "How do you feel about caves?" as he looked at the large entrance. He somehow doubted the dragon would want to confine himself, and he didn't want to get Thanatos stuck. Suddenly, another package drifted down to his feet with a parachute. He picked it up and looked at the markings, it was a med kit. "Perfect" he said, smiling. He took out some bandaids and patched up his cuts. He then put the medkit in his sack with the apples and bread, and tossed the parachute up to the meadow for Thanatos.

Thanatos pokes his nose carefully into the cave. He shrugs and pulls the parachute over his head happily.
