At 6'2" and 165 pounds, Atticus makes an intimidating silhouette in a dark alley. He is handsome, with chiseled features, strong bone structure, and a muscular yet semi-lean body type. Atty's hair is a light ashy brownish blonde color which he struggles to describe but doesn't really care about, an is cut moderately short to his head, with some wispy spikes sticking up at the ends. Family: Atty's parents are not married, so he lives with his mother, Rachelle. He loves his mother and is very protective over her. His father is a rich, well-known douchebag millionaire who has a career in business and often travels to the Capitol. Atticus's older brother, Kade, who is 18, lives with his father. Atticus dislikes his brother. Deep down, he cares for him, because they're family and he feels he should, but he dislikes him as a person. Kade is very suave and always seems to be sauntering around with at least three ladies by his arm. He's a typical spoiled rich boy, who unfortunately had the forethought to spen6d his daddy's money on training equipment. As much as Atticus would love to beat up his pretty face, he knows he probably couldn't, so he doesn't dare try.

Pets: He sometimes sees stray animals, and frequently sees a dog he calls Harbor, but has no real pets.

History: Atticus's parents never got married. His dad, a rich man even at the time, fell in love with a peasant girl who is now Atty's mother. She had a child, who he took as an heir, leaving her in the dust. She confronted him, he apologized, and they got back together, but when she was pregnant with her second child, Atticus, she knew better. She broke it off and hid baby Atticus from his dad until he was 8 years old. When he was 16, Atty had a girlfriend named Lori. She was beautiful and kind, and she convinced Atticus to stay with his mother when his father asked him to move in, promisin6g he'd give Atty's mother fin6an6cial support. Because of this, Atticus's father had her killed, and when her family began to rile up the town, he killed them too. Atticus's father keeps trying to get him to move in with him, but Atticus hates his dad with a passion. Atticus's father would do anything and hurt anyone aside from Kade to get Atticus on his side. He is extremely protective, jealous, manipulative, vengeful, and, frighteningly, a very powerful man. Because of him and the 'unexplained' death of his girlfriend, Atticus is generally disliked in the district. Three months ago, Atticus fell for a well-liked, popular girl named Brooke. She initially liked the whole idea of 'healing' him, or so she put it, but then cheated on him with Kade. When he confronted her about it, she screamed, fled, and told everyone he was pressuring her, and that he slapped her, when really it was another of Kade's girlfriends who put the mark on her face when she saw them together. These rumors did not help Atticus's reputation at all... instead, they made it far worse, especially as the rumors spread an6d the accusations escalated. He is now publicly hated, especially by parents, and is constantly heckled as a horrible person by anyone who had heard Brooke's story, so much that he has even started to believe it himself.

Personality: Atticus considers himself a stereotypical social outcast. He hates the 'romantic' cliche of it all, but he accepts it. He is a black sheep in the district, a loner, has a troubled past, and gets into brawls. Some people see him as a 'bad boy,' but he really just wants to get along with his life. He has anger issues, but because of this having gone on for a while, he has actually learned to control his anger more than the average person... the only problem is that he has so much to start with. Atticus often does things on impulse that he regrets, but what really scares him is when he does a bad thing on an angry impulse and he doesn't regret it. Because of this, and other things, he blocks himself off, making him guarded and untrusting, but also less vulnerable, which is the reason6 he does it. He passes himself off as not caring, even though most of the time he does, although not about himself. Atticus has little regard for himself at all, but he is protective over those he cares about.

Talents:

Atticus has gotten into enough fights to pick up a few things, and is now quite a proficient fighter.

Atticus is naturally tall and strong, making it easy for him to do the heavy lifting.

She loves money, fashion, and spending, spending, spending. Her father gives her everything she wants because he couldn't save her mother even with all his money, and he blames himself. Her father is a weak-willed man, so Val manages the accounts and makes sure they don't get screwed over. She has been training since she was little and is excited to volunteer this year.

The siblings that live in her house are James, Sandy, Mandy, Felicia, and Nunu. Nunu is only 2 years old, Felicia is 9 and extremely spoiled, Mandy and Sandy are 16, and James is 17. James is the only siblings of hers who is actually her mother's child as well. Her dad's best friend, who is also rich, had a daughter named Valerie, who Ava used to dislike but put up with, until Valerie went into the Hunger Games. Ava doesn't know whether to cheer for Valerie or hope she loses, since Val was never very nice to Ava, but it seems wrong to her to hope that someone dies.

History: Ava was born into a poor family with an older brother, a mother, and a father. When Ava was 3, her mother died, causing Ava to hardly speak at all as a child, what with no one to really talk to. For a year, her father was distraught, and difficult to deal with. Her mother's sister, Aunt Lacey, came to take care of them and put dinner on the table and whatnot. Then, her brother fell down the stairs that her father was supposed to have fixed, breaking James's leg, and it somehow restarted their father's brain. He got a job, brought home food, and began taking care of the family again. After that, the family was doing okay and Aunt Lacey went back home. A few years later, when Ava was 8, her father sold an incredible contraption he had invented and became an instant millionaire. They moved into a better house with a few maids, and her father, who had always been a genius, went on to invent even more. He hosted a ton of parties and gatherings and his empire grew. Ava took a while to get used to being rich, and she hates that there are always people in her house that she doesn't know, so she stays in her tower-like room most of the time. Ava loves painting, and covers her walls with paintings she did, although she'd never tell anyone they were hers. When she was 11, Ava's father built her a little platform up by a window in her room that was too high for any human to reach, so they added a secure ladder and a little fence around the platform. Ava has some pillows and books up there in her little nook that she reads by the window, as well as some paint and blank canvases.

Ava is quiet, and always has been. Her father sometimes teases her good-naturedly, saying 'the meek shall inherit the earth,' which she thinks is an old proverb or something from the world before Panem. She isn't exactly shy, but is definitely introverted, and usually keeps to herself because she never knows how to talk to people. Unlike some, Ava doesn't feel the need for socialization. She is happy with what she has and has no thirst for conversation. She reads whenever she's not painting, which has turned her into a bit of a romantic, but greatly prefers seeing other couples over trying to infuse love into her own life. Ava could be described as sweet because she's a good listener, but she's really no more of a sweetheart than most other people. She is, however, calm, polite, modest, and somewhat obedient, which can sometimes add to the illusion of her being sweet. Ava likes animals, heights, and stories. All she wants out of life is a simple living space somewhere high up with a cat by her side, paint and blank space around her, and a good book in her arms.

Violet is a petite girl with a skinny frame who is one of the shorter girls in the district. She has fair skin, with no freckles or tattoos, but she does have a scar on her upper left arm and one on the side of her calf. Both of these come from growing up as the sort of child who liked to climb things to see what it was like so high and never figured out just how to get down, or at least without injury of some sort. She also had the occasional bruise or scratch from wandering around the farm and helping out. She has some muscle from farming, but nothing out of the ordinary, although, being pretty tiny in comparison to her family, she is stronger than she looks. Violet has wide, greenish-goldish eyes that her mother calls Tiger's Eye color, whereas she knows it is just called hazel. Her dark, silky hair is her favorite feature that she possesses. Violet's hair is medium-thick, wavy-straight depending on the way it dries, and falls to her upper-mid-back. She usually wears it out, or clips a small piece of it from the front to the back, since her hair is cut to be slightly shorter in the front. She wears casual clothing on a daily basis.

Family: Violet has a big family, who believe in old family values and force her to attend dinner with everyone every single night, which she pretends to hate, but secretly likes, although it gets annoying. Her mother, Denise, is very affectionate. She feels the need to cook ALL THE TIME and gets in a good mood when tidying up. She's a sweet woman, but fierce when she needs to be, and a very good mother. Denise wants her children to be responsible and kind-hearted, and likes everything to be neat, although she herself is always messy from cooking. Violet's father is named Shule. Shule is a nice man, like his wife, but more fun-loving and more of a jokester. He loves to have fun with his kids and tries to pass his teary eyes when he sees evidence of his children growing up off as allergies or having dust in his eye. He loves Denise and the family dearly. Violet also had 6 siblings. The oldest is Jezebel, her sister of 22 years, who had moved out for a year but came back to live with them after that. She is very sporty and a great friend, but always seems to have an overly dramatic love life. She helps out around the farm. Then comes Lockey, her oldest brother, who is 19. Lockey has a good sense of humor and likes his family more than he'd care to admit to his friends, although he thinks his mom can be embarrassing. The next sibling age is Mickey, her older brother, who is 17. He always seems to disapprove of her friends, but he's just overprotective. He loves anything athletic and has a bit of a temper. He's always getting angry when Jezebel beats him at sports. At last, Violet herself, who loves her siblings but finds her family too 'perfect,' so she's always searching for some sort of horrible dysfunction to make them normal, because she knows there must be one. Violet also has two younger twin sisters at age 9 named Brynn and Riella. Finally, there is Violet's adorable little 6-year-old brother, Domi. Of course, that's not counting Violet's aunt, Frieda, who lives with them too, and her son, Violet's cousin Sully, who is 12 and a bit of a snob.

Pets: She lives on a farm, so there are animals everywhere. She has a fat little corgi and a black mix-breed that looks sort of like (and is the same size as) a fox of her own, though. The corgi is called Munchkin, shortened to Munchie, and the mix-breed is Aaya. Aaya is female, Munchie is male.

History: Violet was born and raised as a farm girl, with a mother determined to make her into a proper farm lady. She has extensive (in some cases, far more extensive than she'd like) knowledge of and experience with animals, and knows how to do things like make milk into butter, etc. When she was 7, her aunt moved in with her little son, and after that, her parents had some more children after that. Now, they are satisfied with the hearty amount of people they have. Without so many mouths to feed, they would be a lot wealthier, but they figure there is no point to wealth if you cannot support your family, and wouldn't have such a good workforce anyway. Violet's family is wonderful, which makes her think there's something wrong with them. She has plenty of daily chores but gets them all done in the morning and then goes to school, then hangs out with other kids from her district until it's time for dinner, which is mandatory. Violet's family made their money on livestock, as they treat the animals with the topmost care and respect, which keeps the animals happy and healthy.

Personality:
Violet loves to be sarcastic. She always has a comeback or a way to play along and end up on top when someone insults or argues with her, and has a fiery personality. She sometimes seems sharp or intimidating when you first meet her if she's in a bad mood, but she's actually quite friendly. Violet loves to hang around her friends and just enjoy District 10. She's confident and not afraid to get her hands dirty. Violet is determined, and hates to back down, although she will if she has to. She is fiercely loyal to her friends, and may seem tough and independent, but she loves being around people and prefers fun over conquest anyway. Her meaning of fun just ends up being a little more warlike sometimes. She always seems to get herself into trouble with people, but tries to not stress about it. She is generally carefree, and although she never stops arguing with anyone who starts something without a damn good reason, she means it good-naturedly, and is only actually mad far more rarely.

Violet grew up with animals all around her, and knows how to handle them. She loves all kinds of animals, and they often like her in return.
Combat
Violet loves a bit of hand-to-hand combat from time to time. She is also well-trained with a crossbow, and practices about once a week if she has time. She dislikes normal, vertical bows. She always keeps a little dagger on her just for emergencies, though.
Eloquent
Although 'eloquent' might not be the right word for it, Violet never gets tongue-tied. She always has a repertoire of witty retorts ready for any possible response.

Flaws:

Grudges
Although she pretends to be the opposite, Violet can be sensitive. She bounces back fast from insults, but if she is truly offended not by what someone said, but by the meaning behind why they said it or what it says about them, it will get to her. She is more than bothered by betrayal, and hardly ever lets go of a grudge.
Rude
Violet is often unintentionally rude. She doesn't mean to be mean, but her words are sharp and she sometimes can't tell when someone's really upset and says the wrong thing at the wrong time.

Physical Appearance: Willa is skinny from sheer lack of food and natural genetics, but not terribly underweight. She stands at 5’2”, being a little short for her age, but nothing out of the ordinary. She has fair skin with no more than one or two freckles and her eyes are a stormy gray-blue color. Willa’s light brown hair is wavy-straight and falls to her upper mid back. She prefers wearing casual clothing to dressing up, although she doesn’t mind it once in a while. (Which is all she can afford anyway.)
Personality: Willa is clever and mature for her age. She’s friendly enough, but sometimes just gets a bad vibe about a person and will refuse to believe anything good about them. Willa is also extremely stubborn, and hates being patronized. She often finds herself getting into trouble, but never anything serious. Willa is very curious and has a tendency to stick her nose into other people’s business. She’s not afraid to voice her opinion, nor is she afraid to defend it, and will never admit she lost an argument about anything serious.

Brief History: She was born into a loving family, and grew up nicely enough, although they never really had much money. When she was 8, her little brother Robin was born, but although he began as a bright, cheerful child, he didn’t make it past age 4. When Willa was 12, her brother died of a mix of disease and malnutrition. Willa and her parents were distraught, but after two years to cope, they’re doing okay. Willa was affected by her brother’s death, however, and is very protective over children.

At first glance, he is just plain adorable, with wide, trustworthy-looking deep brown eyes like coffee without any milk or sugar, and an angular, attractive face. He is relatively tall, and somewhat skinny, but muscular enough. He has fair skin that is clear of blemishes and high cheekbones. His hair is light brown, and set in a straight, side-swept style. He has fairly prominent bone structure on his face, but manages to look sort of 'boy next door at the same time.

Family: His father, Gideon; his mother, Priscilla; his sister, Melrose; and his two brothers , Conrad and Cillian, the latter of which is deceased.

Pets: He had a worm once, that he left in his sister's water glass, but has not been allowed pets other than that. He would only drown/kill them if he did.

History: (Heavily based on the song 'Such Horrible Things' by Creature Feature, which is his theme song. Like, REALLY heavily based. Modeled after.) Since the day Kian was born, he has been different than other children. When he was two years old, he poured super glue into his father's hair, then pretended it was an accident, and tripped his mother when she was trying to cut it out so that she cut his dad's ear. Nobody noticed. When he was four, he would hide with a knife behind the sculptures in his house, then jab people with it when they walked by. Everyone assumed it was an accident, as he was very careful not to do it to the same person twice. When he was six, he used to lead people into the woods for a 'game' after dark and leave them there to die. When he was eight, he burned his house down after it got repainted, or at least, tried to, but the fire was stopped early enough so that there was minimal damage. Nobody blamed him. When he was ten, he started pretending to be in dangerous life or death situations so people would come try to rescue him and injure themselves. When he was 12, he got really into planning, and pushed his sister down a well. he laid low for a bit after that, until once, when he was 14, he did something so horrible he can't even speak of it. It made him the family secret, because after that, he got caught. However, when he was 16, he buried his brothers, Conrad and Cillian, alive, by tricking them into a room together underground and filling in the whole. Conrad survived with a bit of trauma, but Cillian suffocated. Kian was not invited to the funeral, and they locked him in a padded room for two months in solitary confinement. Now he's 17, about to turn 18, and he convinced his family he is 'better now', so they're letting him stay. His parents are insanely rich and don't really pay attention to him, anyway, so he is looking forward to betraying their delicate trust once again.

He is a crazy lunatic psychopathic extremely dangerous evil genius. Do not trust a word that comes out of his mouth. He is a liar, a sociopath, and extremely sadistic. He loves the look on people's faces when he lets them down or hurts them after they have trusted him, and when they think they've saved him, and then realize he played them. He rates himself based on crimes he has committed and gotten away with and is proud of them.
