---District 12---Female---17---

Lori moved from the Edible Plants station after learning a few new things, namely purifying water which is in her mind the most important thing. She could always scrape away at some bark if there are trees, she has done it before and has gone nights without really any food so the lack of food is not something that scared her. But not having a steady flow of clean water...that was the thing that scared her the most about being in the arena.

But if there was one thing that Lori knew how to do was hunt, even if she wasn't very good at it. She learned a snare at the knot tying station and now she needed to know how to hide it in the brush around her. The instructor smiled widely as she approached, "I guess he doesn't get many people over here," she thought to herself as she examined the paints and mud and leaves that sat in front of her. The instructor showed her a technique for using mud to give something a bark-like look. Then using a few leaves you could prop yourself up against a tree and if you kept still enough no one would even no if they had just glanced by. But the main thing was learning how to hide a trap. She tried her hand with a few paints and after successfully hiding it a few times the trainer gave her an enthusiastic thumbs up in approval. She decided to move on, there really wasn't anything else she needed to learn at this station and there was no use in lingering.
