Physical Appearance: Carmen has light brown hair thats very curly and frizzy and blue eyes. She usually wears her hair in a bun. Carmen isnt very good looking but is still pretty. She is 5 feet and 5 inches tall. Carmen is skinny and gangly.
Personality: Carmen is very smart and ahead of her class in school. At first some may think she is nice, but she doesn't make friends very well although she is very talkative. She loves cooking with her mom and tying knots with her dad after school. But most of all, she loves practicing throwing her knives. Even though she loves throwing knives, the thought of killing someone makes her really grossed out. People see her as adventurous and strong and even scary for her age.
Flaw: She isn't good at making friends.

Family/History Her dad and her grandfather have been Mayor of District 3.
Family: Carmen's mom is a stay at home mom (Age 37) and her dad is Mayor of District 3 (Age 35). She has an older brother Caleb (Age 17) and twin brothers Kai and Bram (Age 12).

Brief History: Carmen lives in a huge house in District 3 with her family. She has a boyfriend named Blaze that is 13. Her boyfriend is the only reason she has any friends because he is very popular. Everyone that has watched her throw knives knows she is good. They threatened her that if she didn't volunteer for tribute this year, they would tell the peacekeepers about her practicing her knife throwing. Her parents and Blaze didn't like the idea of her volunteering for the games but they didn't want to stop her dreams. They also knew that she was very good at knife throwing so they knew she had a chance in the games.
