Justice Building

The Justice building of District 1 the mayor office is located here and this is where the Districts trade documents are kept here for the importing and exporting of this districts specialty: Luxury Goods

Upper District

A lot of the more 'illegal' trading goes on here. Best watch out for peacekeepers.

Center of District

A popular hang out spot for some of the civilians of the district when not at work. The Justice Building is near here and a Giant TV is sometimes suspended during the Hunger Games for viewing.

Shopping Centre

Here is where most of the teens hang out and spend their days buying lavish things or showing off what they have.

Factories

District 1's factories are located here. They produce everything from fine dresses to handsome tuxedo's. Who knows with enough money (Points) You can buy a factory yourself!

Houses

The residential area of District 1 is found here. Smaller children with families are often seen in the streets playing and the occasional foster family is also here

Victor's Village

All the victors who have won the Hunger Games in years past reside here in their rich Mansion looking houses. Current Victors: NONE

Train Station

Not a lot of people travel through here but once a year the train stops to pick up the District 1 tributes. Transportation to any of the districts (Except 13) is available here.
