List of People in Districts

This is just a list to track the people in each district, and to see who has nobody in each district, so we can start the Games as soon as possible!

Its also preferable to have more than 1 boy and 1 girl in a district, so theres no assurances you will be picked.

right now my district 7 guy has a chance, hes the only one in 7

After I make my 9 boy, I'll make a 1 girl.

I might make another character from 2. When do you think you'll get the Capitol up?

Are we even doing the Capitol? They aren't tributes.

Maybe if people are allowed to make stylist characters or something -.-

Well we'll need to have the Capitol because it's where everything takes place, interviews, training, etc.

oh right, for all we know, the admins have the arena topic and the capitol sitting on the admin panel as Private, and will open the arena when the games begin and leave the category there, and keep the capitol one closed and/or private when not being used...

That's probably what they'll do if they aren't going to allow Capitol charries.

w00t, just made a District 9 character.

I also developed 2 new traits for the unknown of 9.

-Sandy roads and land(Desert, meaning we could theoretically place it in Nevada)
-Sand dunes in the villages(Kids play king of the hill, etc)

It gives our roleplay a sense of actually geographic placement eh?
Only the Capitol, 13, 4 and 12 have ever been given a sense of place in the series, why not give the others something here?

I think its stated that the only district touching sea is 4, so 8, 13, and others wouldn't fit that.

Also 13 is flatlands, so it wouldn't be in the Appalachians with 12, it would be the plains below the great lakes.

7 fits there, near the wilds, since it has many forests, but I dont think It would be that big a district, unless the majority of it was forest.

9 seems to fit, unless Im wrong, that is a section of USA that has deserts.

the main problem, is that none of the districts are truly touching one another, so they would all be smaller, their populations are only in the thousands, mind you(And the creator of the map).

Because it is placed in the first book it took a few hours to go from 12 to 11, and thats on a high speed train. Also it went through empty area.

12 is also fenced in with forests around, so it wouldnt be anywhere near that size, they would take up small parts of the states, not the whole landmass still above water.

I personally dislike how there seems to be no district in Canada, and that it is just the wilds, considering thats stating my country is completely wiped out? xD

Lol X) Says the back of the first book: "In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by twelve outlying districts." It is in the middle. HA! The person who made it needs to get their facts straight.

Actually, The capitol should just be north of where its placed, the book states its in what used to be called the rockies.

Thats just the cover, it means they are all around it, but not necessarily making a circle all the way around.

I pointed that out earlier in the page.

12 houses 8000 people(Approx.) and is fenced in with wilderness surrounding it.

That isnt a population to fit a large part of the country, they were all spread out, wilderness and forests in between, not connected with borders, or else it would be easier to sneak around from district to district and form a rebellion.

As for the map, its slightly more accurate for size, but still too large, they would be the size of cities, not states.

7 is understandable because it would claim the forests.

But fan made maps cant be 100% accurate because we dont know the geographical size or location of all the districts.
Heck, we aren't even 100% on some of the specialties, some say 9 is factories, some say hunters. etc.

Okay, so we need:
Girls 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9./|\Boys for 8, and 10

Anyone who wants to make a new character, make them in these districts for these genders please, these are priority for the games.
