Hey, so I have this tribute in the Hunger Games. I always knew she was going to die, so I made her go insane first. But now I feel SUPER guilty for just giving up on her and I'm kind of scared she's going to come back and kill me in my sleep. (Because I created her, so she would know that: Fun Fact- I'm terrified that I'll die in my sleep. I just hate the idea of going to sleep and not waking up. It just- euurrgh. Shudder. Okay, nevermind, moving on, sorry.) Anyway, so basically I was like, "OMG I'll write a song for her or a poem or something!" but then I was all, "Oh, wait a minute, I suck at writing songs and/or rhyming poetry that could be made into a song. Darn it. I KNOW! I'll go find her a theme song!

...ermmm, yeaaaahhhhh. So, like I said, character theme songs! There can totally be more than one per character. One of the best parts of having a character is character development. The charrie's got to grow, to change or 'evolve,' if you can put it that way, over time. Or maybe they've got different things going on in their life, like a romance and a dying sibling and insanity and starvation and guilt and who-knows-what and it's hard to pick the most important. Sometimes just one character trait doesn't define a charrie.

Let's start with Star. There are a lot of songs, I warn you. She's been a bit odd all this time. She can be talkative and annoying, but I'm going to pick theme songs based on the Games, because they really outline who she is when placed under extreme stress. First of all, as Interview theme music, we have:

I think's pretty fitting, although it's dubstep, so the actual words are much later on (At about 0:45ish) and the sounds can get boring after too long. Ah, everyone like different genres. I like many, many genres. I suppose "Bodies" by Drowning Pool has the same concept. So, anyway, moving on!

I think it really relates to what her rational mind was probably going through when her survival instincts, insanity, and body took over. It's kind of sad if you think about it...
Then, we have another sad-ish song, with a slight adjustment needed to the lyrics. Just think of 'brown' every time it says 'blue.' It's a cover, but I like it. It doesn't fit exactly, but the whole kind of 'idea' of the song really works.

Oh, god, another song. These songs keep reminding me of other songs! Eurgh. Well, whatever, Star needs a shrine-type-thing, and this should suffice. I'll miss you, Starry. <3 This song is for when she's at 50 health (now) but is still biting people as a last resort. (namely Hunter Smith...) and won't give up. It doesn't seem to fit exactly, but if you listen closely to the lyrics (or look them up like I did XD) it could be her singing to the Capitol. It's a bit vague, though. Still, a lot of songs by the band kind of fit, but not enough that I'd put all of them in, so I needed one. This is that one:

I love this song, but it's from a horse movie, so I bet you the horse or a horse in the movie dies. THE POOR HORSIES ALWAYS DIE!!!! Also dogs. (Reminds me of the book 'No More Dead Dogs.' Hehe.) I am off track now, sorry. Basically, this is the song that will fit her more when she has conquered insanity, which will happen immediately before her imminent death.

MAYA ZOE SUMMIT
Well, Maya, we've finally gotten to you. Aside from Star, you are my most unique character. Evie's just happy and dancey with family troubles, Miri's pretty normal, although she's got a few quirks, and, obviously, Star's the creepy-little-girl type, but Maya is the resident tom-boy. She's a feisty one, all right. And she's gone through a lot of hardship recently. So, without further ado:
Well, this one would be more like a theme song for Estrella AND Maya, or possibly Estrella and Nate, but I really do love listening to this song, so here it is. Picture the 'love' as friendship or sisterly love, unless you're picturing it as NatexElla. It's more of an Estrella theme, I suppose, but I don't own her so I can't really say anything to represent her, and besides, I wanted to put it in anyway:

Alternatively, if you want a theme song for your character but can't think of one, post with a request for what you want it to be about and I or possibly somebody else if they feel like it will help you find one!
