Family: Alex didn't know his Mother, and ran away from his Father, Nathan. He rents a room, and somehow hasn't been found by the Capitol for this.
Brief History: His family died in a car crash 3 years ago, minus his father, whom he ran away from a year ago when he was 13. His father didn't kick up a fuss at all. Recently Alex has made and sold computer programs to developers. He has no need to hunt, but has found some pretty cool fighting skills, his area is pretty rough.
Physical Appearance: Tall, average build, not quite skinny. Blonde hair and browny green eyes. Hair is medium and swept to the sides, and a scar runs to the side of the bridge of his nose from the same car crash. Wears a lot of black.
Personality: Rather disobedient and rebbelient, but loyal to what he believes in, if not cocky. Wouldn't change his mind for his life. He can feel very obliged though, and this gets on his conscience. He can't stand owing people, he'd rather not accept anything.
Flaw: Feels very obliged to complete favours, and has a severe distaste to hurting anyone.
Pets: A mockingjay, that seems to travel from district to district, but always comes back eventually. Alex calls it Jay, just 'cos its easiest.
Rich or Poor?:Rather well off, despite being a runaway.
Weapon of Choice: Knuckleduster, or bow and arrow.
Talents:Hand to hand fighting, archery, and planning things.
Other:Parents were volunteered to represent district 3 at a Capitol festival, and were on complimentary capitol transport when they were hit by a citizen, who was shot the same day for the troubles.

Could you explain how he got his scar, and why he ran away? Also, I'm not sure if your allowed to have pet Mockinjay's, since they were developed by the Capitol to be used to spy on the rebelles.

One thing would be explaining why his parents were in a car.

Only the Capitol has them.

No worries about the Mockingjay, they aren't controlled by the Capitol, thats Jabberjays.

I've edited the post to cover those errors, I didn't think that much about the car and all, district 3 being technology and all. I've not used a dedicated roleplay site before.
