A few questions.

Hello As you may have seen, I'm new. And I have a few questions.

Well, first, is this forum pre-Mockingjay? I see that you have all twelve of the districts, but no Capitol. And no District 13. And, I saw you were planning a Hunger Games. What's the story?

Hey Dee, welcome to the forum! I guess we should have explained this a bit more. This forum is pretty new, so not everything is complete. We've decided not to add a District 13; I believe this is because this forum focuses more on the games themselves; not the rebellion or anything. Plus, a lot of people would make characters for 13, and we want more people to fill up the Districts. As for the time period, we're right before the reaping for the 26th Hunger Games. I hope I cleared everything up for you! :]
