District Description

District four is all about fishing. They know hot to make fishing nets and use fishing poles as well as swim. District four is one of the wealthiest districts and they provide the Capitol with fish in return. Although it is illegal, district four is one of the districts that has children trained to win the games. Children are often trained for fishing jobs at a young age. District four is on the west coast on Panem and is south east of district seven. Forms of employment in district four are,
