38TH GAMES


l a c e y   d e b e l l a
Lacey's pace became a fast walk as she escaped the bloodbath. She was alive, and she didn't get a scratch. Too bad she had to kill people in the process. Though, that's how she can get closer to winning, right?

She stepped into some odd hallway with different mirrors surrounding her. It was weird, yet satisfying to the girl. Yes, she liked to look at herself a lot, though she never saw this much of herself. She gripped her saxophone and stared at herself in each mirror around her carefully, almost like she was trying to decide where to go. She stopped and started fixing her hair in one of the mirrors back into a ponytail. She stood there, in the silence, wondering what to do.

Another step both tributes took and the place changed into what seemed to be outside the House of Mirrors once again.

Sorry guys please do read the area descriptions :'D you have to start in the Basement and I'll advance you through the house.

Lorcan entered a new area of the hallway. He looked around trying to find something that might be of use to him. He heard what he thought to be voices, perhaps there were more tributes further ahead. He held his pin ready for a fight, if one were ever to happen, and slowly continued down the hallway.

The voices seem to come from his own as his reflections followed him closely while he ventured through the hallway. It was a straight line down, a door was almost visible at the end, but his reflections flooded his visions and the one by his side on the wall whispered a cry, "Why.. didn't you kill?"

Lorcan tried to make out the things around him, but his reflections were all he could see. The mirrors seemed to continue on forever, straight down the line. One of them spoke, disappointed that he didnt kill. "I tried, I almost had him finished off. The games let him escape, but when I meet him again, he wont get away." Lorcan replied. He never thought about how silly he would sound, talking to his reflections.

Lorcan watch his own reflection shake his head, as if his own was shaking as well, and it wept, leaving it silent between them for a moment. Before he burst into a loud screech, not listening to his excuses, "Why. DIDN'T YOU KILL?" It lunged out and attempted to strangle the now lone tribute.

Lorcan Mutt has 40 HP

Lorcan watched as his reflection started to take on a life of its own. It began to cry, and then screamed, lunging out of the mirror. The mutt wrapped its hands around Lorcan's neck trying to strangle him. "Get off, jerk." He shouted. He pulled his pin out and attempted to beat the mutt.

Lorcan cursed as his pin shattered leaving him weaponless. However a flash light tumbled out and onto the floor. He attempted to dodge the attack from the mutt. "Dont blame me for that, blame the game makers." He shouted back. Punching the creature, I tried to knock him away.

"Shut up, stupid Mutt." Lorcan shouted back at the beast. He attempted to dodge its attack and then returned one of his own. Lorcan looked around to see if there was anything around that could work as a weapon. He remembered the rabbit that he had ripped and tried to see if anything had dropped from it, like what had happened with Tristan.

Lorcan looked around to see if there was anything he could use as a weapon. Out of the corner of his eye he spotted the bunny that had skidded further down the hall. He took a chance and made a run for it, ducking under the attack of the Mutt. He noticed a knife laying nearby, he laughed out loud. "Looks like the tides have changed, Mutt." He replied advancing, and swinging his knife towards the creature.

Lorcan watched himself die of as he slumped to the ground before disappearing back into the mirrors. The eyes of his own, staring straight into his as if a cry for help, as if not wanting to go back in. The hallway immediately went silent again.

Hawk, once again, please use to DiceMaster, last chance or I won't take any of the rolls valid unless there is really big issues with the DiceMaster :'D

Lorcan watched as the mutt took its final blow. The creature slipped to the ground, and finally Lorcan had defeated it. Silence surrounded him, there was nothing to be heard anywhere. Lorcan started walking slowing down the hall, looking for a way out. He started to feel the pains from the battle with the mutt, especially in his left leg and chest.

OOC: Is there a reason why I cant use the dice inside my own posts, it makes it easier for me to see when I need to post again.
