Personality/Appearance
Physical Appearance: For a rough girl, Vienna has a fair complexion with soft features which is covered up with small scars from getting into a lot of fights, when she smiles, which is rarely, there is a gap between her two front teeth. Her hair color is blonde but gets darker in the winter, her eyes are a steel gray-blue. she is tall for her age, coming in at a towering five feet and six inches, she can be considered a bit overweight due to muscle and working out. Her original attire is mostly black clothing, with a few various colors but mostly black. She has a tattoo of a coyote on her back, the animal which she claims is her 'spirit animal'.

Personality: Vienna is a somewhat 'tough' girl, being raised around three older brothers have brought out a fighting spirit, the girl loves to fight. Other than that, she is very competitive, rebellious, narcissistic, ill-tempered, moody when she doesn't win or get her way, and she is also full of herself boasting about her good fighting skills to others and putting down her peers for being 'oh so weak', she dislikes bubbly individuals, hates the term 'friend', and would rather put down people rather then cheer them up.

As a human being, Vienna has some good flaws that aren't very noticeable because of her defensive wall. Once someone gets close to her she eventually puts down that wall and becomes more nicer around them, she is very loyal to the person she gets close to but would not refer to them as a 'friend'. If the person gets even more closer to her she would take a bullet for them. Vienna is secretly a romantic, she keeps a hidden stash of romantic novels in her room under the brick floor. For someone as cold as she is, she's an animal lover in the district she has two dogs and a Guinea pig she handles and take cares of them delicately with care.

Brief History: The Vans are originally a wealthy family in the Capitol, but their curious son Harold at the mere age of twenty two moved to District Seven due to being bored of the Capitol life and sick of their barbaric and naive personas. After being shunned and disowned, Harold changed his surname and working as a furniture builder met a beautiful woman they courted and after two years were wed but of course Harold's parents weren't present at the wedding. After settling down, having three boys, and one stillborn Vienna was born.

Growing up, Vienna was good at chopping lumber and throwing axes. She didn't enjoy doing those things, as a little girl she fed and played with the wild animals in the forest. For show and tell, she hid a bunny in her backpack for show and tell, once it was her turn she showed the bunny to her class the whole class laughed since it wasn't a lumber-based project. At recess she confronted a group of boys who was burning a small ladybug. afterwards she was jumped and called names because of her chunky figure and inability to fight.

After that day, her brothers taught her how to fight, they showed her tough love by sending the stray animals she brought home to the forest telling her that they ran away on their own. By the time she was a teenager, she turned into a cold person still had a soft spot for animals but not for her peers or authority. She was the school bully along with her brothers, she beat up other kids with insults, fists, and hate-filled words. One of her classmates attempted suicide because of her words, she lacked empathy, girls followed her thinking they were her friends but all she saw were pawns on her own chessboard. Whenever she got jealous of a group of girls, she would do her best to tear them apart. Vienna still lives her life in District 7, being rebellious and a cold demeaning indivitual.
