History: When I was younger my family sent me away to live in a training facility so that could win the games. I worked day and night to prepare. I was voted best in my class when I was 9, and I made a few friends. The only thing I know about my past before the 'Center was that I think I may have had a brother. When I was 13 I was adopted into the Bell family so that I could legally volenteer for the games. I still visit the 'center often.

Appearace: See Photo. Cass has messy brown/red hair and brown eyes. Her freckles are her favorite feature. She is 5' 3'' and has bangs. Her muscles are toned.

Personality: Cass is arrogant, ambitious, beautiful, cunning, and prepared. What she wants most in the world is to win the games and meet her proud family. She is quite happy at the training center but knows that if she does not win the games, her whole life would have been a waste. Cass's oddest trait is that she is alergic to beans. Her favorite old movie is Pirates of Penzance.

Family: I was raised by my Mom (Genevera) and "Uncle" Laque. I have twin sisters (Sahra + Nara) who annoy the wood out of me. My dad (Fedo) has been missing for a while.
History: When I was five, my dad went missing. I don't know where or why but I really missed him. My "Uncle" came to "Protect" us. Uncle Laque is a peacekeeper. When I was eight, my Uncle said I should start my woodcutting career.

Personality: Klaus is very small and quick. His only chance at winning the games is to pretend to be small and childish. Cutting wood has made him quite strong, inside and out. He is half funny, but rather smart.

Appearance: See picture. Klaus is 5' 6" and has wavy brown hair. His facial features are almost always in a scowl. Being 13, he has no facial hair.

Talents: Agile, Fast, Strong, Hand-to-hand combat. Klaus is very good at firestarting.

Flaws: Shy, Boring.

I'm so sorry for double posting. I am an admin on a different site, so this waiting for other admins thing drives me bonkers.

I would accept Klaus if I had that power. (I actually don't know if I do or not.) I am positive it's up to the admin's though. :/ I will try and get one of the admins to come here and check out Klaus though.

Brief History: Amber and Ambria live with their mom and dad in a large house. Their dad is a peacekeeper and his poisition has kept them out of the games...So far. Unfortunatly, last year he angered his boss and now they are in danger of being chosen. The odds are not in their favor. Their Mom wants to train them, but since it is illigall, Their dad forbids it.
Physical Appearance: See Picture. The girls have brown hair and purple/grey eyes. They have long, layered hair with bangs. People say that they have wolflike features. They are completely identical.
Personality: Amber is generous and creative. On the other hand Ambria is rebellious and observant. Both girls have a heathly sense of loyalty and humor. Amber's best skill is her delegation skills. Ambria's best skill is her problem-solving skills.

Brief History: Aya was raised by her mother and never knew her father. Rumors have it that her mother physically and emotionally abuses her three children. Her mother is the Head Reaper, so she supervises the making of the slips for District nine, and sometimes pulls a name or two out of the bowl. Lynda told her children that if they don’t get picked for the hunger games this year, she will take them to live in the capitol. Jemmy, Harri and Mie are exited for this but Aya knows better. In the capitol prices for the capture of traitors is up very high. Aya's Mom can easily pass the three as traitors-soon-to-be-Avoxes.
Physical Appearance: Aya Pelzer has worn brown eyes. Her frizzy red hair is very long. Her bangs have grown out slightly. Aya wears a tattered yellow shirt most of the time.
Personality: Aya is obedient and witty. She is tough from her mom’s beatings and is very protective of her sisters. She hopes that once she turns 18 she can move away from her mom and take her sisters with her. She is not gullible.

UPDATE: Aya was sent to the capitol with her sisters and she was shot saving Jemmy from being an avox. Jemmy escaped, Harri and Mie are Avox's in training.

Personality: Romi is very ambitious and like most Capitol citezens, slightly lazy. She loves the games, and thinks that everyone should sponser somone. Her position does not go to waste and she loves the power that her history gives her. She is motherly twards Junipera and her new boys, whom she plans to name Fritz and Kinn, after her favorite tribut and her grandfather.

Rich

Romi comes from a line of rich ansestors, so she is slightly spoiled. Arto works as a gamemaker, so Junipera gets whatever she needs wants and Romi is very into the games. She devorced Arto for "Spoiling the game's secrets" and also so she could Sponser tributes again. She has twin babys due any week now.
