Personality: Devon is nice to everyone most of the time. She rarely gets mad at people, but if she does it's not for a while. She is fun to be around with and she is a trouble maker. Devon loves to play pranks on everyone, and everyone around the District likes her.
Flaw: Devon isn't very smart, so she isn't a good person for a job if it's confusing. She also isn't a good listener, which often gets her into troublesome situations.
Talents: Devon has a great bond with animals, so she is great at hunting if needed. Devon is named for a cat breed, and she is very agile and flexible like a cat. Devon is also very strong physically, so if someone would need her to lift something heavy, she would to the job perfectly.

Family: Devon is an only child and her parents left her at the age of 10.

Brief History: Devon had a perfect life.. until she turned 10. The day after her 10th birthday, her parents left her and ran off probably to another district. Devon only took care of herself by trading excess clothing for food and water. A lot of people know Devon, but nobody knows her for real. Devon never got reaped into the Games yet.

Personality: (Must be at least 4 sentences) She is witty, sly, and a fast reactor. She doesn’t like people much. She has a big temper which she lets off pretty easily. She’s not the friendly type of girl and she’s a tomboy.
Flaw: (At least 1) Cascadia can’t run fast, and she isn’t good at hand-to-hand combat.

Brief History: (Must be at least 4 sentences.) When Cascadia was 14, her mother and father abandoned her and left along her siblings with her, with her brother only 10 and her sister 7. Now, her parents were taken into custody by the Capitol, as they were run aways from the District. She takes care of her siblings by illegally hunting animals with a slingshot she made of wood and a piece of rubber. They live in a worn out factory that is unoccupied.

My mother worked alone to keep us alive until Phil turned 8, Flame was 6, and I was 5. After I turned 9, I had to do the chores that Phil did because he had to go to the Reapings that year. Phil never got picked to be sent to the death trap, and neither did Flame or I yet.

Physical Appearance: Hannah has a tall, and slim build. She usually has a confused look on her face, although she sometimes has a smile if anyone can make her have one. Hannah has shoulder-length, dark brown hair, that is usually pulled back in a pony tail. She has dark brown eyes, that can give off a death stare to anyone who annoys her deeply. Hannah is 5'9" tall, and she weighs roughly 130 lbs. Hannah usually wears a brown leather jacket, along with combat boots and jeans. (FC is Alanna Masterson)
Personality: Hannah is a stubborn person in general. She's very independent and she thinks she can take care of herself. She sort of abandoned the world when her parents went missing (see brief history). Hannah's been anti-social a bit ever since she lost her family. She also has an attitude most of the time, and she has a loud-mouth, which uses words of choice. Hannah never gets lonely so she likes to be alone.
Flaw: Hannah is very stubborn and anti-social, so she wouldn't be good with friends or allies, unless you really got to know her. She also has trust issues (brief history).
Talents: Hannah is good working by herself, so she can plan things easier than planning with others. She's also a strong-minded person and isn't scared of almost anything. She's also very fast when she runs, so she could make a quick getaway if it were needed.

Pets: Hannah owns all the animals that her parents left at their farm: Chicken, Chicken II, Chicken III, Cow, Cow II, Cow III, Cow IV, Goat, Sheep, Sheep II, Puppy, and Cat. She never really came up with names for the animals, so she just named them with numbers if there was more than one of the animal.
Brief History: When Hannah turned 12, old enough to participate in the Games, her parents abandoned her. They only left a note behind, saying that they did not want to deal with losing their only child in the Games if she were ever to go in, so they packed up their stuff and left. It also said that they'd be returning when Hannah turned 19, the age when a person can no longer participate in the Games. Hannah was devistated at the time, and she soon became anti-social and developed extreme trust issues. Most people in the District feel sorry for Hannah and what she went through, although most are people Hannah didn't even know existed. Hannah was never Reaped into the Games, and if she was, her parents said that they'd move back a month after her death to keep the animals alive.

1) Sage doesn't listen to people telling her what to do, so she wouldn't make a good alliance, unless someone would be up to the challenge.
2) She also has trust issues, since all the people she met had been irritable or hurtful to her.
Talents:
1) Sage has a very strong mind. She is great at making strategic plans/ideas.
2) Sage is also an excellent runner and climber. Her fit build makes these things easy for her.

She doesn't miss her family, she just thinks that they were holding her back from the life ahead of her. The only way Sage makes money to buy food is playing music on her guitar she made when she was 11 years of age. Sage doesn't have many friends, as she sees friends as family. They would just hold her back.

Charlee had been through a tough life. When he was 5, his father had died in the Woods in Seven. His loyal sister, Summer, had been his main caretaker and they supported eachother for aslong as he could remember. Until Summer was sent to the Games, Charlee thought of Summer as his best friend and his sister. When Summer died in the Games, Charlee thought his life was over. He had witnessed two deaths of the people he loved most, and he stays alone most of the time.
