her biography...Brief History: Felicity (Or Flissy, whatever you want to call her.) was born into the easy life. Her parents were rich, she recieved the best of everything that her parents could provide her, and she ended up being pretty spoiled. Growing up in district 1, she was always around luxury items. Expensive items, exclusive items. She was also well groomed, the best clothes possible, shoes, etc. She had it all. She would always walk around, with her head held high. She would sneak out, go to a party, get drunk, pop up at home the next morning and nobody would notice. She enjoyed living that way until something in her clicked.
