Leda was a bit confused with the next series of events. First Geo was back in the game, which was rather uplifting, then she had to dodge another attack from the guy, then someone else appeared, missed an attack on the guy, and made a mildly sexist but well-meant remark. "Geo..." Leda was amazed he came back, but she had to deal with something else at the moment. She shot the newcomer a quick death glare. "Excuse me, but as much as I appreciate the help, it has nothing to do with my gender." Leda paused her complaint so trike at the annoying boy who was still standing there with her stake. "And for the record, I don't need it." She scowled, but realized she should probably not provoke the other guy and end up having both of them trying to kill her. "Not that it isn't helpful, and not that I'd rather you attack me, but just because you mean well does not make it okay to say stuff like that. If you've got some traumatic past drama that's stirring you up, that's your business. But I am not a victim here, and as much as you not attacking me is appreciated, I don't need some guy's protection." Leda's conflicting person-helping-prevent-immediate-death-at-hands-of-annoying-boy vs. I-can-handle-it-on-my-own had ended up with a bit of a rant, and she faltered for a second. "But yeah. Thanks, I guess."

Geo jumped in front of Leda as both tributes failed to block. However, that left him wide-open for Gunn's counter-strike. But Gunn didn't factor in the new arrival, so his spiked tail ended up in Deno instead of Geo, and Deno was of the mindset to strike back.

Geo took the attack for Leda, dropping his HP to 10. Deno has 70HP - Gunn's attack. Gunn has 10HP- Deno's attack. First attack is Gunn, second is Deno.

Eben was disrupted by the arrival of another tribute. The male from district 7, who was going off about how wrong it was to attack a woman. Eben decided it was best to not say anything, he attempted at counteract Leda's oncoming attack. He then slashed his stake towards Leda, aiming for the chest or gut. Eben winced as Gunn took more hits from the new dinosaur, he wished he could do something to defend him.

Norman gave a crazed chuckle when the girl said her gender had nothing to do with it. "Don't victimize yourself, sweetheart," he muttered to the girl, "I'm only giving this creep a chance to pick on someone his own size." He paused, "Or at least closer." Watching the boy in front of him take another swing at the girl, Norman tsk'd. Swinging his stake towards the boys weapon, Norman attempted to deflect the boys stake. Lunging in the same movement with his knife, Norman hoped to land a hit on the boy. At least he wasn't running now, and could actually aim. "Ain't that right buddy?" he taunted.

Leda watched with wide eyes as her little dino friend blocked an attack for her. "Thanks, Geo," she said with a softened expression. "Pretty rare to have someone on my side, ya know? Means a lot. Really." She turned her attention back to the kid she'd been attacking and sighed, about to dodge his attack when the new guy blocked it for her and made some comment about height. Leda pursed her lips, not completely sure how she would judge the new arrival's words. After a few moments, she smiled and nodded her head once in a decisive manner. "You're sassy. I like you." She smirked. "I'm Leda. District 12, typical Seam kid, 18 years a bitch. Pleasure to make your acquaintance... but if you call me sweetheart again, you'll find yourself missing some parts that I think you might consider kind of... important." She tilted her head. "And for the record, we can't all have the body of a forty-year-old man on a dangerous cocktail of multiple growth hormones, yeah?" Leda attempted to make the insults light, as they were meant more in a teasing way. She looked down at the stake in her hand and at the younger boy's injuries. The grotsky little byotch kept blocking her hits, and she kept missing anyway, so she figured she might as well try something a little unorthodox. Leda bit her lip and lunged forward, aiming the stake at the kid's mouth and trying to shove the stake out through the other side of his neck. She'd debated between trying this or trying to blind him, and the mouth seemed like a bigger target. Plus, his comment about him liking talking had inspired her. Leda was 99% sure the move wouldn't work, but she kept missing anyway, so she didn't think she had much to lose. She took a step back, fully expecting to see the kid unaffected by the attack, but hoping against all likelihood that there was a chance he had taken some damage.

Gunn backed off, Geo and Deno took up a position guarding their tributes. As Eben backed up to avoid Leda's attack, he fell over. He was able to get to his feet, but his foot was caught on a rock.

Eben takes -10 HP (Evening out), and now has to roll escape die to free his foot.

Eben knew that if he didnt get out soon, he would end up being killed. The new male, from district 7 Eben recalled, kept blocking his attacks. He slashed his stake towards Leda again, hoping the boy wouldnt defend her. He wasnt really listening to what either of them were saying, his mind was preoccupied with the battle and the search for an out. Eben stepped back trying to avoid Leda's oncoming attack, he tripped over something. He picked himself up as fast as he could, but then found his foot had been caught in between some rocks.

Norman shrugged. "My partner told me to be as sassy as hell for her, sweetheart," he said jokingly. Turning back to the boy, Norman watched him stumble backwards. Norman busted out a minor chuckle, watching the boy fall. Norman heard the girl, Leda, introduce herself. She mentioned something about a seam or something. "Dunno what that is," he muttered. Norman growled again when she mentioned him being a forty year old. "Sorry we can't have the mindset of a six year old girl gossiping with her friends," he retorted. Staring the boy down, as he had recently returned to his feet, Norman went into action. Stepping towards the boy, Norman swung his knife forward into the boy's body. Norman was hoping his blade would taste blood this time.

Leda was pleased to see that Eben tripped and that Geo was back by her side where she could keep a better eye on him. She chuckled at the boy from 7's words and rolled her eyes. "Right, because I'm such a social butterfly," she said sarcastically. Leda swung her stake at the younger boy, hoping to get some damage in before he dislodged himself. She had no need to block as he had not successfully attacked her, but she kept herself prepared for any incoming weapons.

Eben struggled to get his foot free. The other tributes didnt stop the attacks, he knew he could only block on, so he attempted to block the girls attack which seemed stronger. He parried her sword, and then stabbed his towards her. He continued to fight with his foot, and finally he was able to get out.

Norman chuckled as he felt his knife insert itself into the boy's leg. Rather than block the leg hit, the boy went and blocked the chest hit, which wasn't a bed choice. Norman's new partner retorted his prior comment as the boy they were fighting was able to yank his foot out. Chuckling, Norman smiled. "Sassy, girl. So sassy," he said to her. Looking the boy in front of him down again, Norman swung his knife into the boy's body and his stake forward in an attempt to block the boy's attack on Leda.

Leda grinned at her apparent new partner when he commented on sassiness. "All sassy, all the time. It's my problem-free philosophy," she said with a shrug. Leda stabbed at the younger boy with her stake. She had no need to dodge his attack, as her new second-best bud (Geo, of course, took the spot of Number One) had blocked it for her. Leda dipped her head to him in thanks, taking a step back to evaluate the situation. It looked like their enemy was free of his foothold, unfortunately. "Leaving so soon?" She looked at him quizzically. He looked like he was seeking a way out. "Coward," Leda muttered, shaking her head and scowling.

Leda's stake made its mark as Eben fled, the cave seemed to let him go. Gunn took off as well, fleeing the other two dinos. Geo and Deno chased him to the edge of the cavern, then returned to their tributes. Of course, the other two could always pursue the tribute.

Eben cannot block Leda's attack. Please post either in the Marsh Forest or the Maple Tree.

Norman watched the coward flee from the cave. He watched Deno and the other creature pursue the other boy's creature. Shaking his head, Norman relaxed a bit. Turning to face the girl, he shook his head again. Giving her a light shove on the shoulder, he laughed a small bit. "Norman, District Seven, by the way," he told her. Wiping his knife on his pants, he smiled at her. A fake smile, but one nonetheless. Looking deeper into the cave, Norman gave a sigh. "Pursue or no?" he asked.

Leda rolled her eyes as the kid fled the cave, but she was pleased her stake had made a mark. He asked her whether they should go after their prey or stay here, and she hesitated for a moment, thinking hard about the prospects of each option. Finally, she shrugged. "Why not? We're in these games to kill people, right?" She looked off in the direction he had run away. "Besides, if we stay here we'll either be mutted or have to kill each-other, and I'd rather kill a fairly significantly injured coward then a slightly-scratched up fellow sassmaster." She chuckled and started to follow after the coward, glancing behind her to make sure her little dino friend was okay. "You up for it, Geo?"

Leda hasn't actually left yet but she will in a second and I'm not going to post again just saying she left. So yeah basically Leda has left the area.

Geo would've grinned if that was something Geos did. But it's not, so he just trotted along with a bounce in his step. Deno looked to Norman, then started to follow the other two, assuming the tribute would follow.
